“Beautiful Hotel”
This hotel is an exceptional and beautiful hotel, we cannot fault it. Would love to return again one day.
“Better than average for a pricey location”
As we got a good deal our expectations were not too high. Although this is five star I think a lot of travellers expect something more up to date now. However, this is a lovely old building just away from the main drag but close to the Ost station for getting about. Staff were lovely, it has fantastic views and the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel
“Excellent but not 5 star”
Nice and cosy. Impressive decor, very clean room and bathroom. Superb views of the mountains. Helpful and polite staff. Good breakfast, except, quite same thing everyday. Negative things: Lacked some little touches to make it a 5*, e.g. cold pool, no double bed (two twin beds put together) and some noise from other hotel guests (not the hotel's fault to be fair).
“Not the 5 star, Highly uncomfortable, Disappointed, Old Interior, Bureaucatic Staff”
It was the most uncomfortable hotel I have had so far. Stayed there for 3 nights. Following are most bitter experiences; 1. Spiders in the room. 2. Asked for double bed but hotel staff consider twin bed as double bed...so please clarify before visiting the hotel. 3. You will not get toiletries everyday. 4. Even after complaining n number of times nothing will happen. 5. Breakfast was amazing though. 6. View from the room was fantabulous.
