Even for stag-do levels, it was poor. Building works on-going, dirty and noisy 24/7. Reception staff spot on tho.

The apartment is in need of repairs. A constant whistling sound coming from the water heater. The only way to stop it was to run hot water all night from the bathroom faucet. The bathroom doorknob felll off and the toilet flusher was broke. The noise coming from the apartment near by and the late time partyers was quite loud. The best of the booking was the staff...excellent!

A Great Place to Stay in Benidorm :-)
Staff at these apartments are what really sets it apart. Friendly and helpful at every stage. Rooms are comfortable for the price paid and the air conditioning is great. Location is perfect for getting out and about in Benidorm- up a bit of a hill but that didin't bother us. Only disappointment was the pool was out of action for maintenance for one day of our short stay.

Great for a large group.
Fantastic hotel with great, friendly staff. Perfect for a large group. We had 12 in our stag group. Rooms are clean and fit for purpose. If anything the bathrooms are a little small and a balcony would be nice but apart from that a great hotel near all the bars. P.S.. You’ll fall in love with the manager (Threa?) 😍

Great location for a short break
Just had a 5 day break with family with an 18 and a 16 year old. Booked 2 rooms, both spacious and cool, fantastic air conditioning. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach and 10 mins from main cabaret clubs. 20 minute walk to aqualanda and mundomar as well.

Fairly decent
Overall clean and a good location close to the beach, although the uphill walk could sometimes be taxing in the heat. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our problem was the shower in our room. It was always freezing cold no matter what time of day it was used and would overflow due to slow draining and flood the whole bathroom. There was also some mould on the ceiling above the shower.

Loved it. Really decent hotel no suitable for kids. Right next to a party hotel so you hear all the music all day. Staff really friendly

Having stayed in Benidorm for many years we wanted air con so choose NOW The air con and the staff were great but that's the end of the positive recommendations. There was no securiy on the windows and we were woken at 6.09am with a hand and light on a mobile phone through the window looking for friends.. There was no securiy guard or 24 hours reception staff to keep the noise down so everyone was running a mock. So if you are a family or not a heavy sleeper and want to sleep at night Do Not stay here.....also it looks like a lot of rooms lose their 150 euro deposit as in our room we had 4 glasses and a mug only we had to ask for a few items more at reception also the wardrobe looked as it had gone 3 rounds with AJ as the doors and self were missing...

Good location.
Apartment very spacious & air con was great! Only used the pool once as it was very dirty could not even see the bottom of the pool. Bar is not open on Tuesdays or Wednesdays & reception was closed so could not buy a alcoholic drink. Staff are really really nice and very very helpful. You have to pay for clean towels it’s only €1 but though that was strange for a hotel/apartment, you also have to get your own toilet roll if you run out. Good location close to the beach and about 10 Min walk from the main square. Personally I probably wouldn’t stay here again myself as we was in a couple but would definitely recommend it for stags and hens.

Brilliant stay for hens & stag do's very obliging especially Sahara & Roman nothing to much trouble. Everything you need for a short stay area only 10mins away from all bars nice walk down but get a taxi back esp late at night. Would recommend highly

The apartment was basic, more in keeping with two star than 3+. Only one member of staff who did everything to resolve the issues we had- only one bed had a pillow, cups were dirty, floor hadn’t been cleaned, also no coat hangers, soap, no safe or anything to wash/dry dishes. Once we got the heating to work and the cleaning issues resolved the property was fairly central but no amenities was a bit disappointing. The one guy could not have been nicer but it felt we had to ask for what should have been the minimum standard. Definitely not 3 star which was what we believed we booked, had we booked two star the standard may have felt fairer

Bargain!
We came to visit family and being on a budget we picked this hotel. It was unbelievable value for money. The man on the check in desk was lovely, always made an effort to speak to us. They even allowed our little one to come and join us in the hotel for a few hours everyday despite being an adults only hotel. The rooms itself was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but we found this to be no issue. We would definitely return.

Lovely clean place to stay, with very helpful staff. Tara was lovely. Only complaint was of the very loud music coming from "Benidorm Celebrations" next door, but you cannot blame Now for that.It is in a very good location, close to Restaurants and bars.

Hotel was cheap, fully equipped, clean and spot on for lads group holiday. Not to far from main pubs and clubs. Had a deposit to pay on arrival which we got back when we checked out, so be aware of that and budget it in t your spends.

We stay here every year and love it, the staff are brilliant very helpful and polite. It's always lively, close to the beach and bars. The only bad thing is you don't get clean towels everyday and if you want them there €1 each and they're not very big. The hotel bar is reasonable priced but if you only like spirit's then it could be expensive as it's €5 for vodka and coke and other spirits.

Great hotel
Great hotel very ideal especially for stags and hens decent pool with a pool bar and only a short walk to the beach or bar street I would definitely stay here again and there was 8 of us who all say the same staff were great to always happy to help.

Poor apartments
Poor apartments for a group of girls, no mirror in rooms apart from the 1 in the bathroom! Shower in bathroom is inadequate, it just leaks water all over bathroom floor which causes slippy floor. Pool was boring compared to the pictures of Dj's, and a lively atmosphere. You have to pay 10 euro for the air con machine however that just leaks. If you wish to have your room cleaned you have to pay 15 euro, and 1 euro per new towel. Staff are ok however it took them ages to fix a broken wardrobe which fell on one of my friends. Never again will I use this hotel.

Noisy but nice
Nice hotel, very modern fittings and supplied with everything you may need to cook with. Could have been cleaner, there were still a couple of hairs in the shower. And apart from the music blaring out from neighbouring hotel 9am-7pm and the church bells going off early in the morning, we had a great stay.
