Lovely spacoius property, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids, nice pool area which we had to ourselves at times.
The property was difficult to access on foot when we arrived as it is very secure with lots of gates and keys, we couldn't find our way in and the photograph of the front of the property now looks completely different because the trees have grown. This was quite uncomfortable especially for our 2 elderly parents in the heat.
Our only other complaint is that the downstairs toilet had a foul smell which we reported, if you left the door even slightly open it would make the whole house smell, I rang the local contact who told me that it was an on going problem and advised me to close the toilet seat, put the plug in the sink and close the door, not very helpful really, especially as the plug for the sink was missing, hence we never used the toilet again, inconvenient for our parents.
The house is situated roughly half way up the av Las palmeras road from the beach front to arroyo which is a really good location apart from the very steep hill, again, not really a problem for 4 of us but not really doable for the elderly.
Even though I have highlighted a couple of minor negatives, I would still recommend this property, we had a great time in Benalmadena.
