We are sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience on your short stay with us.The hot water normally only needs a few minutes to circulate. The refrigerator was not turned on as part of our Carbon footprint we turn this on upon request. One should have felt that the temperature was not cool when the perishable items were placed in it. That could have been resolved by letting us know so the bellman could return to run it on.We did not find any living nor dead mosquitoes in the room. Unfortunately, in the tropics and having had rain recently all the island was experiencing and unusual number of mosquitoes. We cannot stop mosquitoes; we have been spraying in the mornings to minimize these.We apologize too because of the cold fronts it sometimes brings the strange long-legged mosquitoes which is very weather inflected issues that we cannot always control.I am also aware that you were un-happy about having to pay for an extra bed for one of the children to sleep on and this was a proper twin bed and not a roll away bed nor a mattress on the floor.
