“Overall good experience, but don't buy the room wireless service for 12 pounds. It sucked.”
- the room wireless connection was unreliable and too slow. - during my 4-night stay, room was never vacuumed - very loud hotel on Saturday night. Guest were talking, screaming and partying in hallways
“Great for the price”
I stayed in this hotel with a few girls. We went to Belfast shopping. The hotel is as described in the description. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The hotel is a bit out of the centre but you should know this from the info given. It is a very reasonably priced hotel and the price includes a reasonable breakfast and free parking. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby on Botanic Ave. Will stay there again next year.
“Amazingly friendly staff”
Staff on the front desk could not have been nicer. The room was spot on and the sofa bed was comfortable and made up and ready for our little one by housekeeping. No bath in the tripple room but a large shower which was big enough to shower kids in anyhow. Better than other budget hotels we've stayed in. The breakfast was varied enough and was free so no complaints whatsoever. Will go back.
“Comfortable, good location but...”
Nice enough, but the food offered for breakfast was not great and I would certainly avoid eating there for other meals as quality of meals was poor (meat was extremely overlooked, and they should not attempt to cook Asian dishes when they clearly don't have a clue what a simple stir fry is and how it should be cooked). Would rate meals from the menu as being unacceptable standard. My 5 year old son could have done a better job of cooking. Thankfully, plenty of decent eating places nearby. Room does not have a fridge, beds were too soft and uncomfortable, and it's not really suitable if you have a child and are staying more than one night. Location was good although not really walking distance to the city.
“girls weekend”
stayed with 3 other girls, all very satisfied with quality of hotel andstandard of rooms. Convenient to city centre (about 15 min walk or 5 in taxi). Only down side is breakfast was a bit on the sparse side, but when you consider how reasonable it is to stay for a night then it can be excused; on the plus side was pleasantly surprised to hear that it went on till check - out time at 12pm. Would definitely stay here again.
“Better than other Value Hotels”
This is a great value hotel. Very comfortable and helpful staff.
“Would stay again”
Would be nice if the dining area was separated a bit from the drinks area. Those having drinks were noisey and we felt detracted from the meal (which was very nice)
“great place to stay”
This was the best hotel of the three we stayed in...the hotel staff was great. Always helpful and always smiling. The rooms were just as they were represented on the internet, and immaculately clean. Loved the hotel and will stay there again on our next trip..Oh, and the breakfast was great.too. Highly recommend this hotel.
“Nice for a less expensive stay”
The area aroud the hotel was a little run down looking, but I certainly felt safe walking around. It may be better location when college is in session and there is more activity in the area. Add in breakfast - it was well worth the extra price.
