    “excellent base”

We were impressed with the quality of the staff and the friendliness of the service. All staff were professional and anxious to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was comfortable, rooms were maintained to a high standard. The food was of a good quality and value for money.

    “Happy to return”

In an outstanding position central to CBD and transport. Service was outstanding, rooms were of generous size and well equipped. One issue with travelling partners who suffered a very warm night because of malfunctioning air conditioning. This should have been picked up by the hotel before occupancy. Hotel happy to relocate to another room but air conditioning also malfunctioning. This ruined what was otherwise a very nice stay. Restaurant with high quality food for breakfast and dinner, however dinner 2 course special main meal was very small. We dined elsewhere on night 2.

Make sure you take the red sightseeing bus as it is a fabulous way to learn about the city and places to revisit if of special interest and they are hop on- hop off for 24hrs. The standard of live commentary provided in most buses is quite outstanding. The person we were fortunate enough to travel with gave an outstanding commentary of "the troubles' with the bus taking us to all relevant parts of the city. A visit to Victoria Square and the central observation tower is worthwhile. The city has a nice friendly feel about it and with any luck you might get some sunshine for a short period of time. Parking expensive - ouch!!

    “Room for improvement”

Room not ready for 3 hours! Pay for parking! Pay for internet! Comfier chairs required in room. Bed was nice and comfy. Room lovely and clean. good room facilities. Some complimentary things would be nice, I'm sure they could stretch to the bottle of water in the room being free instead of putting a label on it saying look at me I'm £3.99 ! Very convenient location for staying in Belfast.

    Getting there
If you fly in to Belfast City, don't bother with a hire car as it is literaly 5 minutes from the airport, unless you intend to travel through northern ireland. It will cost you £18 per day to park at the adjacent car park.

“"Ideal for a short stay in Belfast"”

hotel is great for St George,s market and a short walk to the city centre. Ask for a room on the higher floors for a fabulous view of the river.

    “Excellent Experience”

From beginning to end the staff at this Hotel were excellent. We arrived a little early but our room was ready and the staff on reception welcomed us with courtesy and a smile. We stayed in the King Studio Room which had a great view over the river and wonderful decor. If you can, stay in one of the exec rooms as you get access to the executive lounge on the 11th floor, this was an unexpected bonus. The staff in the executive room were attentive and friendly. The breakfast at the hotel is a buffet style and the food was very good. Overall I can't recommend this hotel enough, we had a fantastic weekend and this Hotel was the ideal base from which to explore the city.

    Dining
Of the restaurants we visited Cayenne was by far the best, the food was amazing and the atmosphere is just right. The prices are pretty good for the standard of food and service. If your in Belfast I would make this one place you should go for a meal.

    “Central location in Belfast”

Very friendly hotel that delives even more than the brand promises: excellent location and good value for money in central Belfast.
