Large spacious space for a very reasonable cost
I had a problem upon checking ; hotel did not have reservation on file. Hotel clerk could not speak English. Contacted Expedia who worked to resolved issue... They found a Chinese speaking associate and my reservation was resolved. I would recommend confirming reservation with this hotel first before arriving. Otherwise very convenient location...great price for a suite like room.

Gem in the heart of BEIHAI
This hotel is in a ideal location is staying in Beihai . The rooms are large with large sliding windows which allowed for good natural light and fresh sea air. The beds where comfortable which allowed for good sleeping. Fast WIFI INTERNET WORK Clean well presented bathroom with plenty of hot water. Check in went well like check out -(charge for water consumption) The only draw back was it was the beginning of Chinese New Year the room service did not work so we had only one change of sheets our towels did not get changed in seven days could not work it out as some times the linen trolley would appear in the long hallway. Just a tip take your own towel. Staff around the hotel where non intrusive other wise for a Chinese hotel very good.
