This independent villa is located in the very quiet area of Mas Mato. Sa Riera beach is reachable in 5 minutes on foot by a staircase that children can use alone.
The beautifully decorated villa comprises on the ground floor on one level a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, an American kitchen and two master suites with their private bathroom. All rooms have a sea view and open onto a large, partly covered terrace with an elegant outdoor lounge and a large dining table. The terrace is extended by a large flat landscaped and flowered garden of 1700 m² with a 5mx10m swimming pool whose enclosure is fully enclosed and secure. The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, each with sea view and opening onto a terrace. : 1 couple bedroom (twin beds) with 1 Italian shower room and WC, 1 couple bedroom (twin beds + one single bed), 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds + one single bed, 1 large bathroom 2 basins + WC.
The house is designed to be used in all seasons:
- in summer, the shaded north facade offers a pleasant freshness and the sea view.
- out of season, a large south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy sheltered from the sun's wind, the view of the surrounding mountains and the picturesque village of Begur.
The outdoor barbecue, fixed and sheltered, allows you to enjoy grilling and plancha all year round. There is also a pétanque track.

Wonderful vacation spot
We loved the place. Perfect for kids with the pool and close to the beach. Would go back. Only negative no towels for the pool or beach, no paper towels, had to buy toilet paper and dish detergent and hand soap and shampoo which are all normal at most arbnb

Wonderful house in a fascinating area
Our family gathering of seven adults had a great time. The villa really is more spacious than the photos show and there was plenty of wardrobes, seating, cooking and dining equipment; all of a high standard. It was a little chilly in March for the (unheated) pool, though some were brave and went in! We did enjoy sitting outside in the sunshine and the BBQ was brilliant. We had a couple of days without hot water, due to a problem with the heating, but Olga did her best to get it fixed both times. We were grateful that she made herself available for anything we needed. The 331 steps to the beach are a challenge on the way back up but the beach at Sa Riera and nearby coves are worth visiting, as is Begur and a wealth of other small towns. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops in Begur, including a new, large supermarket and a small Spar. Some of the Sa Riera facilities were closed but it was out of season. One recommendation would be changing the bed in the end room. It is a small double and a very firm mattress, which we found uncomfortable. Other than that, we were very happy and would recommend this villa to friends and family.

Perfect House for a big group
The Villa was great, comunication was great, everything was fine and we would come back. If you are there for cycling, it is really hilly around the House. But everything you need is close to the house. Just have a look that all the doors are closed because we got stolen by a stranger trough a open balcony, but thats not caused by the house or the owner. I would recomend the House always.

Très bon séjour!
La maison est parfaite pour quatre couples avec enfants. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et la grande terrasse. Les alentours sont magnifiques, avec un grand choix de plages et de balades tout près, à pied comme en voiture. Begur centre est aussi un bel endroit. Mer et piscine sont encore frais, cependant le mois d’avril nous a bien convenu car il n’y a pas trop de monde.

Belle semaine et vue magnifique
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette villa qui est idéal pour 4 couples et 6 enfants de 1 à 11 ans. Les 4 salles de bain est un plus qui est très apprécié. L'équipement est au top avec tout les accessoires nécessaires pour passer une semaine. Manque juste quelques verres mais ce n'est qu'un détail 😊. La vue sur mer est juste top. Les petits bémols c'est que la piscine n'est pas chauffée. En avril malgré le soleil qui chauffe on a pa pu profiter de cette très jolie piscine. Et le ménage qui ne reste pas très cleane par endroit. Propriétaire et personne à contacter très disponible. Olga et Juan sont très sympathique et on fait le nécessaire lorsque nous avons eu besoin. Merci pour ce séjour dans cette magnifique maison qui sois disant passant doit être davantage plus jolie lorsque les fleurs 🌸 sont toutes sortie 😊

Grande maison pour famille
Cette maison est idéale pour une famille mais pas pour un séjour entre amis. Elle est idéale pour 3 couples (3 suites) + 6 enfants. Les 2 autres chambres (3 + 5 couchages ) ne conviennent absolument pas à des adultes (trop lourds). Pour accéder à la plage, il y a effectivement un escalier mais avec 370 marches... ou à pieds par la route (15 mn). Ayant séjourné en octobre et novembre, la maison était très humide car pas de VMC. Jardin et piscine très agréables et bien entretenus par un service (1 fois/semaine). Produits d'entretien à notre disposition dans les placards, ce qui est un "plus". Les couettes seraient à nettoyer (auréoles) - manquait un sommier dans un lit. Olga (personne qui s'occupe de la maison) est bien agréable et disponible si besoin. Le ménage était parfait à notre arrivée. Bon séjour en général.

Maison très agréable à vivre, à 5 minutes en voiture de la belle plage de Sa riera. Superbe piscine.
Maison de 5 chambres avec 4 salles de bain. 2 chambres en Rez de chaussée et 3 chambres a l’étage. Maison très agréable à vivre, très spacieuse. Cuisine très bien équipée. Salon d’été très agréable. Grande piscine avec de nombreux transats qui fait la joie des petits et des grands. À 5 minutes en voiture de Sa riera, on peut également y accéder à pied par un escalier (500 marches environ). Je la recommande ! Accueil très agréable avec Olga. La propriétaire Mme perron est très arrangeante et très gentille.

Très grande villa où nous étions à l'aise avec 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Equipement (appareils ménagers, couverts etc...) largement suffisant. Proche de la mer, 5mn pour descendre, un peu plus pour remonter...
