I was brought up in MK and used this hotel whilst visiting family. I think the hotel is smart and the surrounding area is cosmopolitan. But.... If you want to have grown up night out, make use of the fantastic restaurants on offer I think you would be better to stay a little outside the town centre so you can compliment a great night out with a good nights sleep. On arrival I was alarmed to see almost all of the guests either checking in or mooching about were dressed in full stag or hen night get-up, We stayed on the 8th floor and even though it was just myself and my husband we had a bedroom with a double and a single bed. At around 3am everyone returned from their nights out and we were kept awake until they all crashed about 4am. The breakfast was OK. and check-in and out swift. No personal service or care whether we had enjoyed our stay. Very production line.

“Not Impressed for One Night Stay”

The room is a *** three star quality. I was stayed for one night after going to the Xscape, which is nearby. The problems are parking situation in Milton Keynes, lack of Free WIFI, 3G interference and general expectations. Hotel has no free parking or private facilities. You have to find a standard rate parking area yourself. £30p per hour, Milton Keynes is one of those where there is no free parking even on Sundays or bank holiday: The so-called MK TAX. THE PARKIE ACTIVE FROM 7AM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! There was a lack of any A/C sockets near the bedside so you can't charge up phones or tablets and listen to them lying down. There is no free WIFI here. There is a CAT 5 ethernet connection if you have it £5 for a hour or £10 for 24 hours. Stingy. Oh if you don't have an ethernet socket on your laptop or iPad then forget it. Also the surrounding hotel building block 3G signals into rooms. So even if you have a 3G dongle or 3G iPad then you will have trouble using at the Jury's Inn to get Internet access. So if you are not IT literate or do not care about Internet / computers then you can survive here. If you like IT and gadget this is not the hotel I would recommend to you, go elsewhere. Can't comment on the breakfast because I chose not to have it in the end, and went elsewhere. Best.

“In the heart of milton keynes - very good loaction - definatley return!”

Only downside was that the people in the room next to us made noise all night! -Extremley good service. Brilliant breakfast. (Full english - eat all you like!) Right in the heart of milton keynes, shops,bars, clubs and restaurants all 5min walk.

“Adequate for the purpose of visiting family in the area.”

Hotel staff courteous and helpful. Pity about the poor quality food at breakfast.. Our previous visit in July was much better. Final comment - would stay there again but would avoid weekends when hen and stag parties and other revellers are also there.

“Jury's Milton Keynes”

Parking is a bit of a pain at this hotel and involves a complicated system of colour codes, scratch cards and change. Be guided by Front Desk. Upon check-in we were advised we may want to change rooms as we had booked a smoking room. We declined and the offer was left standing by very helpful check in staff. Once we got to the room we did a U-turn past the parties going on in all the surrounding rooms and took them up on their offer to move us. Our new room was quiet, lovely and clean and when requested more towels were with us within 5 minutes. The location is excellent, facilities good and staff well above average in level of service. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

air con in room meant the 30 degrees outside temp was no prob, room and breakfast brill and a wetherspoons ,zizi's and numerous other quality resturants less than a 30 sec walk FABULOUS

“Quality and great value”

I was impressed with everything - the check in was efficient, the room was new, clean and a nice size. There was an efficient cab direct line which we used, and the buffet breakfast was excellent as well. I would definately make it a place to stay again, lots of bars, restaurants handy also. Even better as Scunny won on penalties :-)
