Everything here top notch. Comfortable bed, good AC, staff friendly, large bathroom, rooftop pool with nice views of city, many restaurants nearby. Quiet even though in center of it all. Fast internet.

Highly Recommended for couples and families. Great staff, great breakfast, great atmosphere. Jeniffer on the front desk is delightful and Wilfred on Bell Services is a service master. Luis Coco on the restaurant was a well experienced server and very attentive. Thanks to all that work there. From the cleaning staff to the General Manager. They all went above and beyond on service I will be back. Definitely! Tip accordingly, dont be cheap...Tip!!!

Very convenient location. Walking distance to shopping center, lots of nearby options for dining. Clean rooms. Only issue I had is the light in the air conditioner unit in my room that couldn´t be turn off so I had trouble sleeping.Recommend taking a sleep mask.

Great stay amazing front desk
The front desk staff was amazing. I little confusion between the elevators on which one going to the garage which one don’t everything else was fine. the guys on the night shift did a phenomenal job, they were super helpful and nice.

I love the location and the pool. Breakfast is pretty good. The only think I didn't like is the Air Conditioner is not powerful or cool enough so my room were always hot during the day. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Faces a great location in a corner. Nearby to all restaurants, fast food, and transportation. Breakfast was great, hotel and room is well kept, clean and a spacious. Front desk is attentive. Pool is small, gym is limited and needs to machine improvements. Over stay was okay. Just perfect to stay while out all day.

The beds are so comfortable and clean. However the hotel has a lot of maintenaince they need to do in the building and rooms. My room had a leak under the sink, the gym had no ac and machines were old, the pool was nice but missing some towels. Towels were really old and stained in the pool area. The hallways are extremely hot, it would be nice if they open it up a d open windows for more breathability or put central ac all throughout. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. The area is so central to many restaurants. The parking is indoors and locked so my rented car was safe.

I got to the room and they barely turn the AC on as i walked in the room.. i asked for a room change and the other one was even hotter. They promised me that it was gonna get colder.. so i waited in the pool for 5 hours. When i went back to the room. It was still hot. I told them to give me a refund so i could get another hotel. And they told me that was on expedia..I contact Expedia’s customer service and they say it was the hotel that had to approve. They kept going back and forward. The hotel told expedia that they gave a better room (no ac again) and i rejected.. after 3 hours expedia give my money back.

The Hotel is located in the center of many Clinics, with many restaurant options also in the area making it easy to walk around, It is a quick taxi ride to two Malls and easy access if you want to head to the beach in Salgar or Puerta Colombia for the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which is typical of what I have found at other other Hotels in Barranquilla. Parque Venezuela is a easy walk from the Hotel , visited at night time and felt safe walking around then grabbed a bite at a middle eastern restaurant close by . My friends and I enjoyed our stay here while getting to explore a part of Barranquilla for the 1st time.

Be warned, that if you need to cancel this hotel, it won’t let you cancel via e-mail nor text and if you try to call, no one picks up the phone so your best bet is call Hotels.com. Sadly they have lost a customer for life
