"The radiator in the room didn't work. I went to see the staff, and the boiler wasn't switched on, which is very strange for January !!. The boiler was on but the radiator didn't work on either day of my visit. 2 heaters were provided, but the person in charge wasn't aware of the issue with the boiler/radiator, which was poor in my view."

It’s a lovely traditional Dales type cottage with stunning views of Semer Water. The room, whilst being the smaller of the two, was plenty big enough, with lots of space.
