This tax is applicable to all guests staying in properties in Barcelona, which is mostly paid upon Check-in, although some properties choose to include it in the rate. Upon creating your reservation, you should have received a notification to let you know about this tax, we are very sorry if it was not made clear to you at that time. As for the water pressure and the amenities, we are sorry to know these were not up to your standards.
