Location is excellent. Close to subway- cafes- restaurants, best shopping street. Bonavista Property office is very prompt in replying and try to accommodate to your requests as much as possible.

The location is perfect. Many restaurants and stores are nearby. I heard some noise from a nearby club at night, but we were still able to sleep. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. Thank you!

Our family of 4 stayed in this property for 6 nights and enjoyed this place a lot. The property is clean, in good condition and has everything you need for a week’s stay. It’s 1-2 blocks away from the Diaganol metro station and is within walking distance to a lot of attractions as it’s right off Passeig de Gracia. There’s local restaurants, grocery and pharmacy nearby. We stayed in a 2 BR comfort suite, which faces the street and a 1 BR deluxe suite which faces the backyard. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as it is a lot quieter. There is a reception on site with office hour between 10-7. If you arrive outside of three time, you can retrieve your keys from a lockbox and also store your baggage temporarily so you can go out and explore. I like the convenience and flexibility. The staff, Victor and Alvaro were super helpful before and during our stay. They are patient with my questions. When my husbands wallet was stolen on the subway, they inquired and let us know where we can go to file police report, which is even more accurate than what local 112 told us. I can’t say enough great things about this place and staff, highly recommend!

The property was located in central location very convenient to local restaurants, shopping and attractions. We could walk to Segrada Familia and to the port and beach. The Apartment was clean and spacious for family of four, and communication about checking in was great. Overall we were very happy and would highly recommend Bonavista.

the apartment is lovely and in a GREAT location!!! It would have been nice to have some things like salt & pepper, coffee, bottled water in the kitchen- so many rentals like this provide it in other areas.

We had a terrific experience staying in the Bonavista Apartments. With a great location near necessary shops, the passeig de Gracia and the metros, the Bonavista Apartments should definitely be in consideration when deciding upon accommodation in Barcelona when looking for excellent facilities, outstanding customer service as well as a convenient location.

I loved this location. It was our quiet retreat after a day of walking around. It is a bit hard to locate but definitely worth staying in.

Bonavista Apartments -- THE BEST!
The unit was beautiful and very well equipped; also a fantastic location. Management was of great assistance when my phone was stolen on the Metro. They also provided help with train tickets and private transportation to and from the airport. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for three or more people travelling. Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect.

Lovely apartment, very clean, well furnished, and in a nice neighborhood that’s close to many restaurants and stores. The only problem is it’s above a bar and the noise late at night is quite loud making sleep a challenge.

Excellent, highly recommend.
Our stay at Bonavista Apartments was truly exceptional. The apartment was very comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, and we made excellent use of the enclosed patio, with our children running circles around it to get some energy out occasionally. We had one small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but the reception was very prompt in fixing the problem and it was resolved expediently. Additionally, when reception found out we had two small children with us, they gave us coloring pages and crayons as well as children’s toiletries, which was very sweet. My children were thrilled and said it was the best place they’d ever been. It felt luxurious at a very reasonable priced point and was very conveniently located. Highly recommend and we will stay again if we return to Barcelona.

Excellent location in the passeig de gracia area. Great access to super markets if you need to stock up. Minutes away from casa Mila and casa battlo. We walked to Sagrada familia and gothic quarters 25-30 min walk. Property is awesome with all the amenities you can think of - a/c, laundry, kitchen, 1 full bath and 1 half bath. We even had a private courtyard to ourselves. Viktor was awesome in making the checkin and checkout process a breeze. He was able to arrange for a early check in. Very prompt in communicating thru emails. Thank you Viktor! I would strongly recommend this as the apartment is very spacious and very well maintained with easy walkable distance from many of the attractions.

Excellent hotel, had everything even washer and dryer in the room. Very specious clean and very comfortable beds. We had two bedrooms which also had two bathrooms and a full kitchen and living room. Great location next to L3 and L5 subway. Very friendly front desk. Shuttle from the airport was 50 euros and was waiting for us at the exit. Very friendly driver.

Absolutely loved this apartment, great for family. Loads of space and all amenities we needed. Arrival and self-check in process clear and easy. In a pleasant quiet street but close to a busy shopping district. Good supermarkets nearby. Will come again if we possibly can. Like: layout, kitchen, space, air conditioning, location, communication from team. Dislike: balcony quite small. Check price of their transport, other options could be cheaper though it's a large vehicle and the driver is very helpful.

It was in a great location. Apt was clean and had all the amenities needed. The checkin was seemless and having videos to explain how to access the apartment was appreciated. The ability to store our luggage in the lockers was helpful. The only negative was the door for the apartment was very difficult to open.

The space was everything it was advertised to be AND the staff were extremely knowledgeable of the area and provided excellent recommendations and they were always available for questions. The staff helped book an early morning taxi that was on time and smooth sailing. Staff at the property then went above and beyond after we checked out to assist with locating the mobile our teenager left in the taxi and they are sending it back to us in the States. I would give the experience over 5 stars if i could.

customer service was poor, they have minimum 2 employees at the building during working hours...i asked for replacement towels the second day and they said they are not provided to wash the ones we have...we explained that we did not know this and had to use two towels to stop shower leak on the floor, they said this time they were going to replace the towels but they never did...we ended up going out to buy detergent and washing the towels on the floor...not happy with this at all, apartmnet is also on the noisy side having a bar next door...not other problems, location is good.

Apartment is located in a good location, walking distance to Casa Mila. Check in process was very efficient with good instructions. Apartment itself is not very big. Especially the bedrooms ( we stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment). Overall pretty clean but could use a fresh coat of paint in some places. Beds and pillows are okay but not the most comfortable. If you are planning to prepare some food in the apartment, you need to know that basic things like salt, pepper and paper towels are not provided like they are usually in US. You’ll have to buy your own.

A great place to stay . Location is perfect for sight seeing Barcellona . Apartment is very clean and comfortable . Staff are very friendly and helpful .
