Firstly, as we have explained in our different email conversations with you, we would like to clarify that Val Apartments and Hotel Claris are two different institutions, so each one offers different facilities according to their category so, even though check-in is at the Hotel Claris they are two different properties and the apartments have no association to Derby hotels. We regret that the design of the sofa was not to your personal taste and our front desk members that assisted you tried to find the best solution according to our availability at that moment, by exchanging the apartment for another one which was not occupied already at that time. We understand the inconvenience of having to change to another apartment and hope that the free parking for your bicycles can compensate in part for this. Our team members are always on hand to help with any issues and concerns you may have and do their best to find an adequate solution. We look forward to welcoming you back on a future occasion. Estimado huésped, Gracias por alojarse en nuestros apartamentos. Nos encanta leer que quedó tan satisfecho con la excelente ubicación de la que disfrutamos, muy cerca de lugares emblemáticos de Barcelona como Passeig de Gracia o Plaza Catalunya, ente otros. Gracias por hacernos saber que la decoración y el estilo del apartamento también fue de su gusto. Sentimos mucho el problema del olor en el baño. Nuestro equipo de Mantenimiento ha asistido con el inconveniente y como recordará, nuestro personal de recepción les ha ofrecido cambio de apartamento que han rechazado. Como deferencia les regalamos el desayuno para 5 personas que esperamos haya sido de su agrado. En relación a la ventana, sentimos que se les haya dificultado al abrir, pero una vez abiertas nos ha notificado que había saltado la pintura. De todas formas lamentamos si estos detalles han afectado su estancia y esperamos volver a recibirles y así recobrar su confianza en nosotros. Esperamos volver a recibirles de nuevo. Un saludo. Geachte Paul, vriendelijk bedankt om uw mening met ons te delen. Wat fijn dat u het zo naar uw zin heeft gehad bij ons en dat u in uw nopjes bent met uw ruim appartement en voorzieningen. Onze centrale ligging is inderdaad een van onze grote troeven, aangezien je op loofafstand van enkele bezienswaardigheden bent. We verwelkomen u in de toekomst graag opnieuw.
