Dear guest, We deeply regret hearing you were not totally comfy in our Hotel. We always try to satisface all requests from our customers. In fact, if we remember correctly, your case was due to a late check in, so we could not attend the change of the room that you preferred at that time. As soon as we had an exterior room we made the change and in addition, I personally took care of it and asked permission to give it an upgrade for free and it was granted, so you could enjoy a superior room. However, we are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused during your stay and we will be happy to return to you to improve your opinion about us.

Good afternoon dear customers, We are very sorry to hear one of the rooms were not as you expected. You made 2 separated reservations for a room with a double bed each for one night. For sure if we knew that that you wanted the rooms together we would be more than happy to put them close to each other, but names were different also. When you arrived at the hotel, at night, we didn't have much choice to put you on the same floor. Speaking to the reception, one of the couples said they did not mind sleeping in separate beds but being on the same floor was preferable. It is true that the room with a double bed is not very large, but it is also true that both were renovated. The room assigned to you was a double bed and larger but standard (which is what you had reserved). Hoping to see you again, we greet you cordially!

Like all big cities, it can be noisy, we are in the City Center, but the Hotel is safe and monitored (also 24/7). Beds and mattresses are brand new.
