"Great property! Quick easy check in, clean spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath villa and great amenities including spacious well maintained pool with multiple slides, lazy river with floats, playground, hiking trail, kids club, and fire pits! I would definitely stay again."

"Our rooms air conditioner wasn’t working very well. Trying to get ahold of someone was difficult. Other than that it was good. Had to attend a funeral and hotel was in the area. Having to go back and forth to church, family home, and back again, hotel was convenient and close. Great hot breakfast every morning. Pool looked great. Cute set up oasis."

"There was water leaking from the ceiling on the 2nd floor near the ice machine. The carpets are stained terribly. The ice machine was broken. I bought two drinks from the coke machine and they were hot. The refrigerator didn’t stay constantly cold. The rooms were clean but there was a lot of paint and stains and outdated equipment. The AC wasn’t really cold but kept the room ok cool. Didn’t see any bugs but it was not a clean stay. No one explained the breakfast or amenities to me. I didn’t even know there was a pool. There were a lot of people coming and going from rooms. Smelled marijuana. Heard gunshots one night. The staff had employees who did not speak English well but they were courteous. When I checked out I asked for a refund but was told to call the next morning to speak with a manager. I checked out at midnight but the employee put I checked out at 5:30am. Doesn’t add up. I had to struggle with staff and Expedia to get refund but staff and manager were helpful with that. Just not sure why I was charged for my entire stay when I had only stayed 2 nights. The area doesn’t feel safe. The beds and bedding felt comfortable but I could hear a lot of outside noise and other things being hit against my adjacent walls from other visitors."
