“NO late night dining”
Loved the actual hotel but not satisifed with the stay. No valet service. Got in at midnight flying from the west coast only to find they don't have 24 hour/in room dining service either. I expect these in a top quality hotel. Tried to find water and used a vending machine. Machine did not work. Front desk clerk offered to bring up a bottle. He never did. We called front desk 30 minutes later and they said not to worry, we'll bring it up. They never did. Funny thing, next morning I asked my wife if she brought my razor. She did no. I said, "I wonder if I call the front desk if I'll get one?". I called the front desk and was told they'd have one there shortly. The bellhop knocked at the door within 10 minutes........only to have a refrigerator in his posession. A Refrigerator??!!! I can't get water in this joint but I can have a refrigerator delivered within 10 minutes at 8am??!! LMAO. I did get that razor though!
“Baltimore's new Hilton is very nice and connected to convention center”
NICE PLACE TO STAY.
“Great time”
The hotel lobby was beautiful. Everyone who we interacted with was kind and professional. The room itself was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Would return to this hotel and recommend it to others. Wish they had free wifi and breakfast though!
“Beautiful hotel”
The hotel is conveniently located to almost everything if not walking then riding on free or low priced transportation. Very comfortable room and excellent food in the restaurant. Nice exercise room with view of Camden Yards. Pool had a life guard which most of the hotels do not. Enjoyed our stay there and would stay again. We like to sleep late (10 am) so I think that housekeeping did a rush job on our room since some days, we were not left clean glasses or coffee cups or adequate towels. Each day it was some little thing. We stayed five days and took the shuttle from the airport which was not included in hotel price but was reasonable.
“Great for Ball Games”
Walking distance to both Camden yards and the Ravens stadium. My only complaint was that they charge for internet. Other than that, it is top rate in every category.
“Great Hotel”
Nice new property. Friendly staff. A little loud in the mornings as housekeeping gets started ver early.
“Very nice”
Stay here often.....great
“Would go back”
Loved this hotel. Very convenient to Camden Yard. Steps away. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the blackout drapes kept the room so nice and dark for a great nights sleep. The only thing I wish it had was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Other than that I give it two thumbs up.
“Great Hotel, Walking Distance to Inner Harbor”
Overall, a great hotel. Although it is relatively pricey, you will find great service, clean [updated] rooms w/ nice views and a lot of convenient amenities on the premises. The immediate surrounding area is nice, but do check with locals if you are unfamiliar with Baltimore before wandering too far. Some of the neighboring areas (e.g. Lexington Market) are less...charming. The Hilton is walkable to the Inner Harbor and many great restaurants/nightlife. Parking at the hotel is easy and SUPER convenient, but expensive. If you are spending one night in B'more, and are willing to pay for a nice hotel room, I highly recommend the Hilton. Also worth mentioning that they granted us 'late check out' at 1pm, and were VERY quick to answer/research any questions we had.
“staff is very helpful and easy access to many areas of baltimore”
