There were quite a few homeless people wandering the area. The hotel wasbright beside the freeway so all you could hear was constant vehicle noise. Room was cleaned once in 5 days.

Customer service was poor to my foreign friends. They took a little longer checking out and instead of being considerate and understanding, they treated them poorly and disrespectful.
