I was arrived at 11:15 PM, my kid, my wife and I very tired, eager to take a shower and fall sleep. They did not have my booking information, I show the front desk Expedia booking confirm number and itinerary, then they call Expedia discuss the reservation for a long time. This phone call block several others check in, so the front desk end the call and ask me to wait until no one is waiting, then the front desk made another long ohone call to Expedia, I am not mean to over hear , but sounds they have issues on the room rate. now I had waiting for over one hour, I am exhausted, I offer to pay the price difference, finally the front desk end the phone call to get a room for me.
