Was harassed by desk attendant. Have contacted management and no response. Feels very unsafe there even though it’s a reputable hotel name. Stay away from this one.

Plays in morning with dark hair was being rude I traveled two ours for surgery for my mom and was nursing my baby in lobby she told me i couldn’t be there they were about to clean lobby

So Good to have a bath in the room after long traveling days. Asked reception for a plug , maintenance turned up with one promptly. Plenty towels soaps. Decor a bit old dull. Location tricky to get to via garmin. Better using google maps. Despite hotel almost full was a quiet night good sleep. Bit further out of town than I expected. Only heard 1 train early evening at crossing 100 yards sway. overpriced by $60.

Room was clean, tidy, and cozy. Lobby was also same and the person at the front desk was very nice. The surrounding parking lot was clean and there was plenty of parking available.

Disgusting & filthy Rooms
This Hotel was disgusting The lobby is nice & clean we go to our room as we open the door the room is musky & smelled like mold The staff was rude The shower did not drain until you turned it off The sofa was stained We woke up at 2:30 a.m Just to get out of there I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone

Very Clean & Outstanding Breakfast!
Everything was delightful. Very modern, great amenities and squeaky clean. The breakfast was the best we have had during our 35 day road trip. They had a huge selection of hot food (omelettes, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles), danish, various breads, cold cereals, yogurt, juices, milk. What more could you ask for? The only negative was two trains passed by the hotel at midnight and 3am blowing their horn briefly. It was a minor issue. We would stay there again.

This was a last minute stay for us and we could not have had a better experience. The hotel was easy to find, clean, had friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Not fancy, but all the above made for a great stay. Would definitely book again.

I was arrived at 11:15 PM, my kid, my wife and I very tired, eager to take a shower and fall sleep. They did not have my booking information, I show the front desk Expedia booking confirm number and itinerary, then they call Expedia discuss the reservation for a long time. This phone call block several others check in, so the front desk end the call and ask me to wait until no one is waiting, then the front desk made another long ohone call to Expedia, I am not mean to over hear , but sounds they have issues on the room rate. now I had waiting for over one hour, I am exhausted, I offer to pay the price difference, finally the front desk end the phone call to get a room for me.

Had a problem checking in. It took 1.5 hour to check in. First i was told that i arrived right at shift change. When i made it to the wondow to check in. I was told that the facility was having computer problems. The room and property was clean. The free cookies are the boom
