"It is a great Hostel. It is located in Chiado, one of the best neighbors of Lisbon, close to 2 Metro Stations and Comboi Station. The hotel is clean and has a chicken where any guest can cook. Good breakfast is served every morning (it is included) qnd guys and girls who work there are very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again nect time I’ll to Lisbon"

"The property is a work in progress. You are buying location & a great location it is. The breakfast is not fancy, but for an American, the coffee may have been the best I’ve found in Europe. Every day was an adventure on what was not cleaned in the room. I had my own shower & sink, but multiple rooms shared 2 toilets."

"Great location. The vibe is positive and friendly. Layout, bar, good great quality and affordable. This was my first time staying at a hostel and it was a very comfortable, clean, overall good experience. Only criticism is that there is only shower for all hostel guests to share. If you like some privacy I recommend book in the room with only 4 beds rather thank the larger rooms."

"Will definitely stay at Epic SANA again if I ever go back to Lisbon. The staff were helpful and friendly. Francisco helped us upgraded our room, we had an amazing birthday trip. the hotel greeted us with a bottle of champagne and fruit. Supermarket is about 5 min walk. Sound proof is very good. Modern design. Everything’s clean. "
