"Hotel was holding a large separate function which initially meant we were denied a table in the restaurant - we were on a cycling tour, staying one night, so this was frustrating after a long day's ride. "This is a very stylish hotel in every respect. A beautiful building has been sympathetically converted into a small luxury hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the extras such as towelling dressing gowns and lovely soaps shampoos moisturiser etc. Dinner was the bistro menu and we could not have asked for a more delicious small menu, beautifully prepared and presented. Breakfast was outstanding too, including homemade jams and the best scrambled eggs I can remember! Our dogs were made welcome...

Fantastic Hotel & great value for money.
"Fantastic Hotel and met all our expectations. Room was very good. Breakfast was superb. Very good value! Bar area very comfortable and drinks reasonably priced. Beautiful art deco style hotel with an amazing staircase. Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff were brilliant! Will definitely be staying here again particularly as the partner restaurant located across the courtyard was fablulous."
