Nice little lounge on site. Staff seemed to be there for you. They all deserve raises! I have been in 3 star hotels that weren't as nice and clean.

While my recent stay at Red Roof Inn Ashtabula - Austinburg left much to be desired, I must admit my own experience may have contributed to the overall poor rating. The cleanliness, staff service, and property condition were not up to par, but I acknowledge that I may have had certain expectations that weren't met. Despite this, I believe there is room for improvement in these areas for future guests.
