I absolutely loved the lady who checked me in. She made me feel so welcomed. She thanked me for staying and I thanked her for me being able to stay! She convinced me to join to gain more points and I did. I hope to return soon with my family. My boys enjoyed the pool, basketball court and gym!
Bait and switch- i booked this hotel for $178, because they allowed dogs. I put a 5-star rating on my stay because they welcomed dogs. Today, i got a $150 pet fee and $20 cleaning fee. I spoke with the hotel and they were dismissive. Dont stay

THe reason for booking this property was the pool where my grandchildren could swim with us. Broken, under maintenance for the foreseeable future. We went downtown to the Kroc Center for a pool.
Staff was friendly. There’s no bar or reception at the hotel anymore. The website needs to be updated so people are aware. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay not a buffet as mentioned which needs to also be updated on their site.
The property was clean and what was expected. The staff for the most part was very friendly however the assistant GM named Ivy was quite rude and was not at all focused on customer satisfaction. The pool amenity at the property did not indicate that use of it required sign-up yet Ivy insisted it was required. The pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable which I asked the front desk worker could have someone check as sitting in the pool area was not at all comfortable. It was then that I was confronted by Ivy who went into a rude rant and said if it was uncomfortable come back at night. Totally unacceptable!!!
My husband & I needed some time away from it all & this stay did the trick! Having a CLEAN, SAFE, BEAUTIFUL, COVID-19 GUIDELINES following place to relax was very pleasing!

The property is very well kept. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable; and the kitchen is fully equipped. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is also close to food, shopping, and the highway. I will most definitely stay again.
Great location, great stay, building looks new, room was in perfect shape with everything needed. Only issue was check in but employee was new. After some time and a call the issue was resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

We we’re denied service at the desk for NO reason at 12am after being on the road for hours. After I explained to the desk manager, she finally allowed service. I feel as if we were DISCRIMINATED for our color (black). I will never book another room here.

There was no cover to unload during check-in and it was raining very hard. The next morning there was no hot water and was told it would be after 8 am before it would be fix. The bottom sheet on the bed would not stay on and would pull off while you slept. Very disappointing experience!!
