"Arrived at hotel for my son's college graduation, found out hotel canceled 4 of my 5 reservations! Explanation being they only received 1 reservation for deirdra butler. I made 5 reservations all under different names and received a confirmation for the reservations. I reserved the rooms at a rate of $99. "The part of the hotel we stayed in has been renovated and was very clean. The staff was professional and quick to respond. BUT, our room came with a view of the abandoned pool. Breakfast was non existent. There was cereal but no milk. The hot part was 5 frozen waffles. One day there was a banana and the next there were 3 tiny clementines.
