"We didn’t get the room we reserved. Had gotten a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting, so dirty that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels. The room key didn’t work so every day we had to get it rekeyed. "

"None of the amenities on line were functional. No pool, no gym, no ice machine or vending, no restaurant, first room had a leak under sink and was very musty. The second room smelled better than the leaky room but the tv outlet had a short in it. We were afraid it would catch fire. Not Safe!! "
