In addition, we would also like to apologize for any confusion you had with the room type you initially booked versus what you received upon arrival. On the night of your arrival, we unfortunately did not have any king rooms available and there was a discrepancy with what Hotels.com was displaying as available. In such situations, our front desk agents are required to inform the guest of the room change during the check-in process and it is clear that this was not communicated to you right away. We will take the necessary corrective actions with our front office team to prevent any miscommunication going forward. Although we are aware that there are multiple lodging options in the Alpharetta area, we hope you will consider giving us a second chance to provide you a much better experience.
