Not only was the hotel staff unfriendly, the hotel was absolutely disgusting. When we entered the room, there was a smell, but we did not think too much of it as some hotels just smell different. However, I began to look around the room and the bed skirt was covered in MOLD. We went to the front desk and they was no apology regarding the mold, but they did put us in a new room. When we got to the room on the second night, both keys were shut off. When I went to the desk for the keys, there was no one at the desk. When someone finally showed up, there again was no apology.
They need to learn how to clean and have better customer service.
