So the overall hotel is fine enough and the area was convenient and nice. BUT. My issue is with the rooms. This was my first time staying at a Hilton. I wanted to splurge a little and booked a king executive suite. I was expecting a nice big room with all the stops. Nope. This room as the same size as or possibly smaller than your average holiday inn room. The mini fridge was a joke. No microwave. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet and the pillows were trash. There is a photo on the website showing a nice big freestanding tub. With an executive suite I’d expect something like that. Nope. Just a shower with awful water pressure. Like none. The menu for food that they tell you to scan off a QR code in the room is outdated. Oh!! And you have to pay for breakfast. No continental breakfast. Absolutely insane. For the amount of money I spent on this “fancy” hotel, things should have been way nicer. Lesson learned. Never staying at another Hilton ever again. Save the money and go somewhere else. I had a nicer hotel room at a La Quinta!

Broken hardware in the bathrooms. The check in and check out process was horrible! Booked for 2 days and checked me out and back in the next day. They locked me out of my room and I had to get a new key. This happened to multiple people I was traveling with.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant & professional staff. Super clean & spacious. Love that parking is included. Only areas that are just ok are the water pressure in shower & the bed is not comfortable - could use a pillow top. Otherwise lovely place.
