Reverb by Hard Rock Downtown Atlanta
8/10 Good
"Everything was fine until it got dark. Sitting on the patio and rooftop, both were crawling"

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Airport South, GA
4/10 Poor
"Shuttle from the airport is supposed to run every half hour, that was not the case. Thankfully, another shuttle service from a nearby hotel took us. Upon arrival, when we opened our door, we walked into a room that was in the process of being painted. Had to go back down to the lobby to be reassigned a different room. The next morning, I had to take a cold shower and shavd with cold water as there was no hot water. My wife was unable because she would refuse to take a cold shower. When I tried to make a phone call from the room, the phone didn’t work. Needless to say, not a great stay."

"Bar and breakfast need improvement"

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park
8/10 Good
"The Omni centennial park was a great hotel for our event at the State Farm arena. The staff was welcoming although the reception was unaware of the Omni kids/junior chef program and our kids were disappointed it was unavailable at this property. The gym was large and had many machines annd weights although both peleton screens did not turn on. The restaurant was large and was not a highlight of our visit. We went for dinner and our waitress did not know the price of the buffet. She told us “maybe it was $35, and maybe the kids were $21”. She did not know what was on the buffet. We ordered kids meals for our two which were good but the kids drinks were forgotten after reminders. The adult food was good. When trying to check out, our waiters and the manager and another staff member had to be asked as the drinks were re-re-requested for the children. They were served as well as the ice cream we were told had to be “made” for the kids meals. When the check arrived, we tried to room charge for the kids eat free promotion although the manager said she would have to re-ring the check and after 90m at dinner, we needed to get to the show. We opted to pay with cards to avoid any additional time. There were so many staff members present, it was a disorganized and disappointing experience. We opted to skip the restaurant for breakfast to avoid additional difficulty with two children. The lobby coffee was delicious and hopefully these issues can be resolved."

The Westin Buckhead Atlanta
8/10 Good
"The room was great, the bed was comfortable. For most of our stay the hallway outside our room on floor 10 had a really strong marijuana odor. Also the parking fee is egregious. $65 per day so be aware of that. Also the pool area was foul. For almost $400 per night after all the fees I expected better from a Marriott Westin property. Staff was super helpful though, couldn’t say enough nice things about them."

Origin Atlanta, a Wyndham Hotel
8/10 Good
"The parking is not clear. When I arrived the self parking situation was confusing. I decided to just go ahead and do valet, but the valet attendant was no where to be found. I parked and went in and talked with front desk. They said he will be right back so went to room and came back down. He gave me a card which says scan the QR code. Well the QR code didn’t work. It is within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium but it’s a rough area and wouldn’t recommend it."
