The location is great, walking distance to everything. The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are awesome especially Piros who checked us out really early and provided some good suggestions about where to go and how to get there. I will definitely booked Aerothel again in the future.

This hotel was walking distance to many attractions(ie Acropolis, Acropolis museum, Plaka) and had many restaurants to choose from close by. The staff at the hotel were very professional but we found Spiros in the bar/lounge very personable and engaging along with recommending places to eat. Leonidas at the front desk was also personable and was very efficient at accommodating our requests. A great experience!

Incredible location and value. Everything was literally walkable and I severely overestimated my "metro and uber" budget - didn't need any of them (at least for exploring all the famous places in Athens). My only qualm was that the hotel room seemed a bit dilapidated and in need of a refresh. Still, would highly recommend the property.

Great all around
Location is fantastic, steps away from the Acropolis metro station, gift shops, a supermarket, cafes and eateries. Spacious, quiet room, very clean and comfortable linens. One of the best features is a filtered water cooler in the corridor for refilling bottles, very eco-friendly and convenient (I wish my last hotel had that, it would've saved me many euros in plastic water bottles). Friendly and attentive front desk staff. Awesome value. I will stay here again every time I'm in Athens!

We found all the staff friendly and attentive and would like to say a particularly big thank you to Piros on the front desk who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was a mine of helpful advice throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable and is excellently located close to the metro, and a main route for taxis and hop on/hop off tour buses is just around the corner. Being on the edge of the Plaka it is close to numerous reasonably priced eating places and shops. It is also an easy stroll to the Acropolis and surrounding attractions including the Acropolis Museum.

Every staff member I encountered during my 4-day stay was professional, courteous and pleasant. The breakfast is not to be beat - great! The value received exceeds the room price. The only drawback was the inability to get taxis or cars to the immediate front of the hotel, necessitating (at 80 years old) my having to carry and pull my baggage nearly one block to enter the hotel doors! Thank you, Airotel Parthenon staff members -- you make your hotel Great!

Only about a block from the south-east entrance to the Acropolis and to the Acropolis Museum. Convenient to many restaurants. All of our top historical sites of interest were within walking distance. We did not use mass transit, but there is a metro stop a block away of you care to use it. Delicious and varied breakfast each morning. Rooms were clean and well-equipped.

It was our 1st visit to Athens and we were welcomed by the friendly staff. Great central location to the historical attractions and clean premises. Bathrooms were a little dated in there decor but very functional.
