Gentile Irene,la vostra camera scomoda in quanto camera economica con bagno esterno posta al secondo piano senza ascensore, ma purtroppo l'ha scelta lei, al momento della prenotazione c'erano camere di tipologia diversa ma lei ha scelto la più economica.In seguito, il vostro dissapunto era perchè la wifi era libera ed eravate preoccupate perchè non dovevate inserire la password, questa veramente non l'avevo mai sentita, ho dovuto cambiare il sistema per farvi inserire la password, ma anche cosi nulla da fare non siete state contente, mi dispiace.Un salutoFlor RocioDear Irene,your room is uncomfortable as it is a cheap room with an external bathroom located on the second floor without a lift, but unfortunately she chose it, at the time of booking there were rooms of different types but she chose the cheapest one.Afterwards, your disappointment was because the wifi was free and you were worried because you didn't have to enter the password, I had never really heard of this, I had to change the system to make you enter the password, but even so you have nothing to do be happy, I'm sorry.A greetingFlor Rocio

A truly excellent hotel in terms of value for money, service, cleanliness, decor and transport links. It's a two star, but I suspect if it had a lift it would rank higher. There are only three floors in total and there was a stair lift, if needed, for suitcases etc. The owner is a lovely, friendly and helpful lady and the hotel is directly opposite the train station for Assisi with frequent buses to the old town. I would highly recommend thus hotel.

Very small hotel right across the street from the train station. The owner was very friendly. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We were able to easily get a cab at the train station. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was adequate.

Very friendly lady was running the place. Right across from the train station. Great location and the room was clean. The only problem was the private washroom was down the hall from our bedroom-- so at night you have to unlock the door, walk down the hallway and unlock the washroom. That was a bit of a pain. The washroom was clean too.

Atendimento é tudo
A escolha desta estadia se deu por conta das boas avaliações dos usuários. Apesar de não estar em Assis, mas ao lado, a responsável, Flor Rocio, se desdobra em proporcionar tudo o que o hóspede precisa, com indicação do ônibus até o centro de Assis, sugestões de restaurantes conforme o gosto ou vontade. Muito satisfeito. Quando retornar a região, já sei onde vou ficar. Supor recomendo.

Adorei o hotel, tudo muito limpo, muito clarinho, confortável, lençóis macios, toalhas macias, café da amanhã maravilhoso com mtas opções, localização excelente bem em frente à estação de trem e da parada de ônibus que leva até o centro histórico. A Sra Rossio foi mto gentil e atenciosa. Eu ficaria la novamente com certeza.

Localização excelente (em frente a estação de trem), quarto aconchegante e o atendimento da Rossio foi o melhor que recebemos na Europa, ela simplesmente deixou as nossas malas por um tempo para que pudéssemos conhecer a cidade e o café da manhã estava maravilhoso, melhor canolli que comi na Itália. Simplesmente amamos tudo.

Literal esta enfrente de la estacion de tren y por donde pasa el camion para llevarte al centro de la ciudad. Muy buena limpieza y la atencion del personal increible. - No hay aire acondicionado

Ho prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per un week-end ad Assisi. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Personale molto gentile. Un consiglio: in fase di prenotazione non era chiaro che il bagno fosse esterno alla camera. Specificare meglio. Comunque lo consiglio.

Atendimento maravilhoso dos responsaveis do hotel, sempre com muita alegria. A localização é otima tudo perto ônibus e estação de trem em frente. As instalações do hotel são ótimas, quartos grandes, camas confortáveis. Excelente wi-fi.

Excelente hotel! Gran servicio !
Un gran hotel con un excelente servicio y amabilidad ! Esta enfrente de la estación de tren a tu llegada ! Y es donde pasa el bus directo hacia el Area turística que está a pocos minutos ! Gran relación calidad precio! El desayuno estupendo ! Roció nos atendió de maravilla ! Recomiendo este hotel al 100 !! Wifi muy bueno también !

Assis imperdível!
Para quem chega cansado e com malas esse é o melhor lugar pois fica realmente em frente à estação de trem. O lugar é bem bonitinho, cuidado, limpo e b localizado para sair e voltar . O quarto ótimo, limpo, bem iluminado e arejado. O banheiro externo é de bom tamanho mas sem janela... mas tivemos bons produtos de higiene a nossa disposição. Super indico o local!

서비스 최악! 아씨시 최악의 숙소~
아씨시역 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 이동이 편해서 정말 좋았습니다. 일단 숙소에 대한 결론부터 말하면 서비스가 정말 최악입니다. 방에 짐 풀자마자 와이파이가 안되기에 주인 아주머니께 말했더니, 본인 핸드폰은 되는데 왜 니 핸드폰만 안터지냐. 처음 응대가 이런식이었어요. 호텔 전체에서 안되는거면 문제가 있나보다 했을텐데, 방 앞 복도에선 터지고, 저희 방 안에서만 하나도 안터지더라구요. 와이파이를 확인해주던가, 와이파이가 좀 잘 터지는 앞쪽 방으로 바꿔달라고 했더니 내가 왜? 내 핸드폰은 터지는데? 라고 한시간 동안 실랑이를 벌였네요ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ묵는 사람도 우리밖에 없었는데ㅎㅎ 너무 화나서 우리가 주인이냐? 우린 손님이다. 와이파이는 숙박 요금에 포함된 서비스이다. 라고 말했더니 본인은 모른다는 식으로 나오길래, 호텔스 닷컴 통해서 환불 관련 분쟁 제기하겠다. 오늘 숙박 안하고 나가겠다고 했더니 갑자기 그제서야 다른 방으로 바꿔준다고 해서 바꾼 방에서 묵었습니다. 그 방은 물론 와이파이가 잘 터졌고요. 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 위치 좋고해도, 주인 태도가 진짜 엉망이고 최악입니다~ 최악!

Albergo piccolo ma funzionale. Proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e a 3 km dal centro di Assisi Ottima colazione a buffet e le camere pulite ed efficenti

Buon compromesso per il risparmio, come Ryanair
Titolari gentili.Colazione buona ma a pagamento (5 euro). Posizione comoda per spostamenti in treno e in pulman. Impianto di riscaldamento centralizzato, per cui nei periodi invernali, il bagno al mattino si presenta molto freddo. Il prezzo della prenotazione si riferisce sempre ad una doppia. Successivamente, tramite email ed ad un paio di giorni dall'arrivo, vi sarà comunicato che occorrerà integrare di 15 euro per ogni letto aggiunto rispetto ai 2 base.

Hotel bem localizado, proximo a estação de trem e parada de ônibus. Limpo, confortável, ótimo café da manhã . O restaurante que fica na estação de trem ( indicado pelo hotel) foi excelente custo beneficio . Atendimento e hospitalidade da Roscia impecável ! Voltaremos com certeza

Raggiungere Assisi in 5 minuti
La gentilezza dello staff Mom è unica. Abbiamo soggiornato io, mio marito e la piccola di 1 anno. Hotel pulito e dalla camera bellissima e romantica vista. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori. Proprio davanti all albergo si ferma l autobus per Assisi ogni 15/45 minuti..comodissimo per chi non amami spostarsi troppo. Vicino all albergo proprio prima della chiesa Santa Maria degli Angeli si trovano due ristoranti e si mangia benissimo. Lo consiglio a tutti
