Place is nice and clean, staff friendly. No air conditioning in the room. The breakfast very simple, less variety than I have seen in other Italian hotels. The food is not replenished often, so the plates become empty very soon. Better come first in the morning :)

Diego was gracious, welcoming, and simply wonderful. Room was simple and cheerful, which I value, and very clean. We arrived in weather that was chilly and damp, so room was cold. An hour with the central heat turned on at our request fixed that, though. Breakfast included cheese and meat protein choices, which is important to me. Google maps has incorrect location with directions to a place about 100’ closer to Assisi.

Close to many medieval Umbrian towns
Excellence in every respect! The hotel is immaculately clean, bright and modern! All staff is English-speaking, professional and welcoming! Our room was spacious enough to accommodate the family of four. Full of local character, this bed-and-breakfast was remodeled to perfection offering all modern features and amenities. Free convenient parking, wi-fi, extended front-desk hours, late check-in options (not typical with most Italian B&Bs). Although we did not request, our bedding was changed daily. Morning breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy, with gourmet cheeses, cold cuts, unlimited espresso drinks. The owner and his wife offered to cook eggs the way we preferred. Freshly-baked pastries and home-baked tarts made with locally-grown fruits were divine! The hotel premises are beautiful. The property is surrounded by olive trees the owners are growing. Views from decks and terraces are simply amazing! Unfortunately, we only had two nights and did not take advantage of the beautiful grounds and cozy outdoor lounges. The area is very quite and relaxing. Assisi center is only a short drive away. We traveled by car, but other guests suggested that the bus stop was also nearby. In sum, excellent value for money and pleasant stay! Will certainly return and recommend to our friends.

Excellent Value for the Price!
This little gem is free of frills but it's a family owned business next to their olive grove. Two brothers, their mother and a wife run it and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They try very hard to accommodate any of your wishes. They built the hotel themselves and it is very solid. There is a roof deck that gives you a beautiful view of the surroundings. The room was large enough for all of the luggage (a lot). What struck me most was the cleanliness. The weakest part is the breakfast which lacks fresh fruit. It's an easy drive to the walled city of Assisi. I think it's a very good value for the price. By the way, at night, with the window open, I could hear a cuckoo bird singing. Sitting next to the olive trees, next day, the cuckoos continued to serenade me.

Amazing honeymoon stay in the Umbrian hillside
The host was extremely kind and made our stay very enjoyable. The grounds/view from the B&B was amazing. The rooms were simple but very clean. The breakfast was simple but very good (a array of pastries/meat/cheese). The host spent time calling around to help us find a place where my wife and I could ride horses. He set everything up for us due to the language barrier. The B&B is a 5 min drive to the heart of Assisi. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Wonderful place near Assisi
Wonderful family run hotel. Everyone was very helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast with a freshly made tart of fruits from the farm. An ideal location to visit Assisi!

가격대비 매우 훌륭했던 숙소
아시시에서 시골민박의 느낌을 가져보기 위해서 예약을 하였음. 생각보다 숙소 자체는 매우 단촐하고 화장실의 샤워부스도 좁은 느낌이 있었지만 서비스나 청결도는 매우 훌륭했음. 올리브 나무가 숙소를 둘러싸고 있으며 작은 그네, 미끄럼틀 등이 있었음. 차가 없으면 접근하기 어려울 수 있음

Fint boende nära Assisi.
Framförallt ville besöka Assisi. Vi utökade från tre till fyra nätter därför att vi trivdes så bra med vårt boende och närheten till Assisi.

Gentile ospite, ci dispiace non aver soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Le osservazioni dei clienti , nel tempo , ci hanno aiutato molto nel migliorare; tuttavia per poter migliorare i servizi forniti abbiamo bisogno di avere informazioni più precise: un semplice "colazione non soddisfacente " non ci permette di capire dove abbiamo , secondo lei , mancato. per la ristorazione il commento mi è sembrato poco opportuno: quando ha chiesto informazioni le abbiamo detto che il nostro locale offre il pernottamento e la prima colazione , poiché il ristorante non è mai stato presente . Saluti

Meravigliosa location
Un agriturismo immerso negli ulivi a poche curve dalla splendida Assisi. Camera molto spaziosa e ben pulita. L'arredamento è essenziale, ma nel complesso è comoda e gradevole. Ci siamo fermati due notti con la nostra bimba di tre mesi e il personale è stato molto gentile e premuroso nei nostri confronti. Sicuramente torneremo lì in caso passassimo di nuovo in zona.

Simple and pleasant getaway.
Kind and helpfull staff. Ideal location to explore middle Umbria. Simple breakfast, no frills. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms. Definitely worth revisiting.

L'agriturismo è a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro storico, un ambiente famigliare per famiglie immerso nella bellezza e nella pace degli ulivi, con una vista spettacolare sulla valle. Consigliatissimo.

It's located very close to Assisi- 5 min to drive, and we really liked the location- surrounded by olive farms. Very quiet and beautiful. Nice to go for a walk/ hiking around.

Soddisfatto sotto tutti i punti di vista: per cortesia del personale, camera confortevole (una nota negativa si può fare solo per la cabina doccia: un po' piccola), buona la colazione, ottimo il panorama. Ideale per una breve vacanza all'insegna del relax e per visitare i luoghi di San Francesco.

Me senti em casa!
A equipe do hotel é atenciosa, o quarto é impecavelmente limpo e o café da manhã bem servido. Além do quarto que ficamos possuir uma linda vista para o vale.

Located on a hill and only 3 min takes from hotel to center of Assisi by car. It takes 30 min on foot looking at a valley, is wonderful time. only 5 min wallk to get a superb italian restaurant. Both of two brother speak english perfectly and very kind. Breakfast with homemade jam,some kind of bread,juice,coffee, is wonderful. He told me how to get to the next destination. I want to be there again. I can guarantee the holly spirit baptize you.

Agriturismo sulla strada per Assisi. Assenza di servizi di ristorazione tipici di agriturismo (forse per la stagione??? ) Colazione non soddisfacente.
