"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful building. Excellent location. Amazing views of Lugano. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are excellent. We had one day of bad weather and used their indoor swimming pool/hot tub facilities. It was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend ."

"The room was clean and spacious. The view was like something out of a movie, amazing! Slightly disappointed to find out the restaurant was pizzas only but the pizza was nice. Breakfast was also a slight let down, not much hot food to offer there than hotdog sausages and eggs. There were no pastries left when we went up"

"We had an amazing experience with spa , incredible views and good breakfast. We received a bottle of local red wine as a VIP Expedia gift but free upgrades to room with a view on the lake was not available to us . The waiting staff were very friendly and the piano music in the evening felt very special . If the hotel provided coffee maker in the room it would make it even better."
