"Before we arrived we received very informative communication from the hosts about check in. We was given the option to meet the hosts or self check in. We decided to meet the owners and so glad we did they are so friendly and took the extra time with us to overcome the language barriers. The booking form did not make clear the accommodation was a tent. and did not include such basics as towels, Pillows, bedding etc. We were offered a wooden building fully equipped apart from the above. In view of the uncertainty of finding alternative we reluctantly accepted and improvised despite my age (86). Lovely hotel in the middle of Arras.
"Hotel is currently being renovated but the main building has been completed and the rooms are very well presented. We arrived several hours early but this was not a problem and we were shown straight to our room. Attached to the hotel is a really nice restaurant with an excellent menu. The only may be limited parking, especially when the renovations are completed. "
