"On arrival we were met by a very unhelpful young male receptionist . The next day there was a lovely female who couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful . While the location was excellent , beach across the road , nothing else measured up for us . The bathroom needed a good anti mould all around the grouting . The toilet seat was cracked and stained :( The linen was shocking , the towels were so thread bare . We were woken 2 nights out of our 3 with other guests speaking very loudly until 2am ! The breakfast didn’t open until 7.30am, not good for travellers requiring early breakfast ."

"Although this hotel had a few negatives there were far more positives No safe in room, if requires a refurb and the shower enclosure was a bit small However, the bed and pillows were all good! Breakfast food choices are good. Staff are great and Singeds were readily available The location is great for beach goers and fresh towels are always available at reception"

"We went to Rixos for family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing. The cocktails were great! The pool was very warm and clean! The view from our rooms was outstanding in the staff is very friendly speaking many languages, such as Russian English Turkish! We already booked our next trip with Rixos!"

"Brand new, super clean, excellent staff. Nice restaurant adjoining the hotel. Breakfast wasn't great - I'd suggest trying the local bakeries, and the rooms lacked decent mirrors (they are smoked glass) and a good hairdryer. Nice pool area, small but clean, gets the sun and has a nice atmosphere. Hotel is in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to the beach and promenade. Spa is small - had a massage which was excellent."

"The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were always helpful and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall. The only downsides were the internet connection, which was sometimes slow, and the ongoing renovations on the ground floor. During breakfast, the construction noise and occasional dust from the site were a bit distracting. Overall, a good stay with excellent service and amenities, but the renovation work did affect the experience slightly."
