The hotel is really well located for the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Staff are all helpful (the activity organiser works especially hard) and the property is kept in good condition and clean. The pools are also great for young children.
The only negative is as other guests have said, there is no sound proofing in the rooms and so you can easily hear your noisy neighbours, the bins being collected or the evening entertainment (wherever your room may be), although the entertainment does stop reasonably early.
Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Cala D’Or and so would recommend

Our second visit to the Mon Port, and certainly not our last. Beautiful hotel with incredible staff - so friendly and accommodating. Fantastic location / proximity to the port, incredible facilities and a great atmosphere.
Thank you to everyone at the Mon Port for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll be back.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted on arrival as friends and this never changed. The staff were superb and always had a smile and a greeting. It was great that they all leanred our names and made sure all was going well. Our rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy!
Breakfast was a delight as was the service! Having our car parked and then brought out was such a great feeling! Definite felt very spoilt!
The rooftop bar, pool and restaurant enhanced the experience! An absolute treat!
