Very clean. Excellent value. The only thing I would add as a negative is that there's no small fridge. But then you would need to pay four star prices. I was checked in by 10am. Fantastic. The air conditioning was easy to operate and very responsive. I had a panoramic view. At four star hotels I usually end up facing a wall. I felt at ease in the room. The breakfast is ok. The usual toast etc but the coffee was great. The bed was very comfortable but it would be better if there was a plug socket at the side for phone charging etc There are other sockets available. Worth a stay.

From the free parking which is on site , the welcome and helpfulness from the reception desk my stay was very good . The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable . Wifi worked well. Did not have breakfast as the normal Ibis buffet was not available because of covid, but there was served breakfast if wanted . Location was good for supermarket and fast food . Nice walk into center or there is the tram stop 2 minutes away.

Room was spacious and had everything you need . The receptionist was really friendly and helpful with all my questions. WiFi worked well Location was good , nice walk into center or the tram 2 minutes away. Used onsite free parking which was a plus.

Good stay typical ibis
We had to stay for 1 night in Murcia We use ibis a lot for trips like this.we arrived about 9-30 staff were friendly and informative The room was clean and well equipped.next morning breakfast was a good typical European breakfast fruit cold meats etc. The hotel is outside of the main town but has plenty of food outlets .

It was the worst stay I have ever had. I had to complain 4 times that my room smelled terribly to smoke so that they would actually change me from the room, and I had to actually REQUEST for the change, because if it was up to them they wouldn't have done anything. As well, I payed for a late check out and when I arrived back at the hotel, they had already moved my stuff out of the room without even asking just because they needed the room.

Nice and clean hotel
Nice and basic hotel. Not fancy but clean and well located, the stuff are nice and helpful and there is a free parking nearby. Its easy to access by public transport to city center and there is a big supermarket which is very convenient for buying food and groceries. Overall it was a good value for money.

On our way to Costa del Sol
First time at this hotel, mainly because it's dog friendly. Quite hard to find even with our satnav. It has free outside parking and an underground parking at €4 per night. Very friendly and English speaking receptionist who was alos busy serving food and the bar. Standard Ibis room but comfortable all the same with free wifi. Large supermarket and Burger King next door.

Nice clean and modern hotel. Good size room, clean, fab shower and comfy bed, only 2 things let it down - only 1 chair (why do hotels do this when you book a double room and there's going to be 2 occupants?) - all the towels and bed linen smelt of cigarettes, even though it was a no smoking room.

Great value for a no-frills hotel!
We stayed here only as a place to sleep after a day in Grenada, so we didn't plan to explore the area much and wanted a relatively cheap hotel. Our room was very clean and new looking but very much no frills (no fridge, small tv, etc.). There was plenty of on-street parking available, and the hotel offered free private parking behind the hotel. They also offer underground parking for 4 or 5 euros per night. Across the street is a Carrafour complete with grocery, a Burger King and a gas station - a one-stop shop for us on our way through the city.

Hire car is necessary only stayed for a 3 days but that was enough to see the most of Murcia, not much to see without visiting other places.

Our stay was as expected. It's a budget hotel so nothing fancy but that's what we prefer. This IBIS Hotel is a good value for the money, it was clean and the wifi worked great.

Excellent value
The hotel is an excellent value. The room was clean (though we could smell someone smoking next door) and was of a very acceptable size for two people. The pull out bed was quite comfortable. It feels like any other ibis hotel so don't expect any frills but the reception was nice and the hotel breakfast was an excellent value as well. The neighborhood isn't the best but its an easy light rail (which is right in front of the hotel) ride to the old part of town full of restaurants. I only stayed for 1 night as part of a road trip and would definitely return.

Good hotel
Great hotel, very clean, allows dogs and there is free parking. We have stayed here before and the customer service was good, but on this occasion it was poor. The woman was very rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. The location is good as there is a tram to the city centre. Downside is that the tram stops early and so you have to walk or get a taxi.

Good location
This hotel is well placed for access to the city. There is a team stop just 2 miss walk and costs just €1.05 to travel in to the Centre or the Thader shopping centre. Next door is a huge Carrefour supermarket handy for snacks, etc. There are a few restaurants nearby as well. We used this as a base for apartment hunting so it being minutes from the motorway was a real bonus.

Excellent price-quality
They may have prefab toilets, but the beds are comfortable enough and the rooms give you what you need. It was winter, so heat is not an issue. Hotel service was fine and the chance to have breakfast for a reasonable price useful. Not in the centre of the town, but on one of its main incoming arteries, and close enough to the highway and the big malls, so location turned out to be convenient.

Hotel was pretty clean, the room was comfy but the bathroom was a bit small compared to other hotels. It's a bit of a walk to the city center so I'd recommend using either the tram or car. You will not have a parking problem with this hotel. They have the private parking option but there are also lots of free parking options in front of the hotel.

Todo ha sido perfecto si no tenemos en cuenta en el que el jabón de ducha nos causó reacción alérgica y mi marido tenía todo el cuello y toda la cabeza roja cuando ha salido de la ducha y la tubería del lavabo como pasan en casi todos los Ibis que hemos ido, no sé si es un problema de la construcción del edificio, siempre está atascado y no traga bien el agua, por todo lo demás un diez
