Scandaloso!!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato all'"hotel" Calderon una sola notte fortunatamente. All'arrivo abbiamo subito notato il cartello con una sola stella (mentre sul sito di hotels risultano 2 e mezzo), ma siamo entrati speranzosi. La hall non esiste, abbiamo atteso 15' per essere considerati dal personale del ristorante (che non parla inglese) e invece di accoglierci con il sorriso ci ha dato in modo seccato la chiave. Le stanze sono al primo piano senza ascensore e vi si accede mediante una ripida e stretta scala. Al piano si è accolti da un pavimento rivestito di moquette sporca e maleodorante. La nostra stanza aveva una porta di legno traballante e con serratura difettosa ed è stata la più cupa e deprimente di tutto il viaggio. Sapevamo che era senza frigobar, aria condizionata e phon, ma mai ci saremo aspettati una stanza così. Letto di legno instabile, armadietto scrostato, scrivania sverniciata e comodini con abat-jour staccate che non potranno essere accese mai poiché mancano le prese elettriche. Il bagno: lavandino ingiallito e senza tappo per fare la barba e vasca da bagno dai bordi alti molto stretta e difficile da utilizzare anche come doccia (0 sapone fornito). Avremo sorvolato su tutto se non fosse stata per la brutta sorpresa ricevuta quando abbiamo scoperto il letto per andare a dormire: lenzuola gialle e macchiate con una moltitudine di peli e capelli sparsi ovunque che ci siamo fatti cambiare senza ricevere scuse. Alla colazione abbiamo ovviamente rinunciato.
