Inside, we were introduced to Jo, Tom’s incredible partner, whose warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. She introduced us to a wonderful cast of characters—Craig, Derek, Jack, & many others—who all contributed to the unforgettable atmosphere of this magical place. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the true essence of an authentic pub experience, this is where you need to stay."

"Modern clean well appointed room with kitchenette )toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc). Big shower. Good breakfast cold and hot buffet and made to order. Parking is a bit off. Small lot at £14 per night if you can get a spot. Local lot just opposite hotel free from 6pm to 8am and you can pre pay so cheaper option. "

"Great hotel with a fantastic view over the river Tay friendly staff very clean but busy hotel loads of parking at £13 for 2 nights. 10 minutes walk to the rail station and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. "

"Wow! What a great place to stay! The town of Carnoustie has very little to offer outside of the golf course. We booked a room overlooking the 1st tee box and the 18th green of the Championship course. So fun watching the golfers. Breakfast had great options and dinner was great too! Be sure to try their Sticky Toffee Pudding. Yum!"
