"Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance. "

The front desk gentleman who served me was polite and helpful in providing me with tips for getting around in Madrid. The breakfast manager and room help were courteous and and most efficient. "

"Reception was very helpful and accomodating. Parking En-Batterie right outside Hotel was free. The "Reserved for Hotel" spots ARE NOT! Breakfast was basic but fine for included. Attached restaurant gets good reviews and always busy, but we only had the included breakfast. Good location, short walk to the best of Aranjuez."
