“Not bad Overall”
Well the hotel was good overall but for a 5-star hotel there was some drawbacks. Like they won't let you take even a bottle of water to the hotel, I talked to the manager and he said we do have everything you need here that's why you are not allowed to bring food and drinks into the hotel, this was ridiculous ! The hotel beach was far away from the hotel for walking however there was transportation provided. The restaurant staff were inattentive especially for breakfast, sometimes you had to wait 20-30 minutes for a cup of tea and most of the times finding a table was a nightmare. The swimming pool which was a relaxed area also closed at 8 pm every day which was another restriction nonetheless people still went for a swim at late night despite the unnecessary restriction.
“the beach is very bad”
every thing was good expat for the beach its not private any body from any place can be laying dawn near to you sorry to say this can not be ok with 5 stars hotels
“Impressive architecture”
Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel is pretty self sufficient with restaurants, bars, shopping, gym, spa, pools, travel agents and hairdressers. It is located about 30 mins walk to kaleici (the old town) or take the tram opposite the museum which is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Food and spa are quite expensive in the hotel hence we ate out most days. Do like the tea menu at la fontaine bar in the hotel though. Customer service was great at the front desk except for one chap who was consistently unhelpful for several occasions. We have decided to not ask him anything or direction as he was just akward. Some of the elements are a bit dated and could improve with some redecoration or msintenance. There was sign of damp in the ceiling panel in the bedroom, the carpet looks old and dirty, the ac unit was noisy and not pleasant when we were trying to sleep. It is a hotel I would definitely recommend!
“sheraton hotel”
i liked this hotel , every thing was good .
“Good deal and stay with Sheraton Voyager Antalya!”
Hotel met our expectation. Professionalism, hospitality, and customer service were all 3 elements viable during our stay. Hotel location was convenient close to bazaars, malls, cafes, restaurants, and 3 minute drive to the beach. Minor problems with internet connection in hotel room but perfect in different parts of the hotel. Nice spa, gym, pool, and food. I would definetly pay another visit there when an opportunity pops up. Also, Sheraton team followed up on my luggage that was delayed/lost during my trip till received and delivered to my room.
“Sheraton review by someone in kuwait”
all is good, but sheraton is overly expensive. Bed sheets were not changed. We had to call the cleaning to replace the sheets. Halls (between the room and the elevators) were not airconditioned.
“Good value”
Everything was good. friendly staff, clean hotel, comfy rooms. We had a room with view of ocean, very nice. beach is 5 mins by free hotel shuttle or 20 min walk. they have their own private beach with everything you need right at your finger tips. Prices at hotel restaurants are very expensive though, for food and drinks, a bit insane actually.
“Great views, Great Facility, Reasonable location”
Visited Antalya for business and arrived a few days early to see the sites. Location of the Sheraton was great for the views, not so much if you wanted to get to the Kaleci or Antalya old city harbor. We had a room on the fifth floor, with astounding views of Antalya Bay, (not the harbor) Konyalti beach (stretches for 2.5 miles to the west of the Sheraton, and the snow-capped mountains in the distance to the West. Amazing. Antalya antiquity museum is right around the corner on foot (5 min walk) and tram stop to go down town is right by the museum. However, the tram only runs every 30 mins and it seems like we missed each and every one by 1 minute. Then the tram stopped at about 9:30 pm, and we had to take a taxi back to the Sheraton at 10 pm. Again, none of this was particularly terrible, it just required you to do a little more planning. Overall the hotel is great, great grounds, and easy access to major roads. (It is however, on the opposite side of Antalya from the airport and congested traffic and poor (or absent) Turkish road signs can make this a one hour drive.) Note that this hotel is not on the beach. It is about a half mile up a bluff from the water.
“Many great hours spent at the hotel”
The hotel was of high quality avnd the staff friendly and helpful. The SPA was excellent and the suroundings great. Good walking distance from town centre, beach and shopping centre. Recommend this hotel for singles, couples and families!
“Great Place”
As many have stated, the drinks are expensive, however the food was great, the service was excellent and friendly, and the location is good. The hotel has their own section of beach and they offer hourly shuttle service back and forth for free. Definitely recommend.
