When he finally bothered to read the email sent to alert him that we were lost and would be late, he had already left- leaving no way to get keys. We were stranded, late at night, with no housing. No communication from him since. Bellvilla says VRBO has to resolve the issue. VRBO has not responded to any requests for assistance. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY. IT'S A NIGHTMARE!"

"This comfortable, well-appointed apartment is within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the historic center of Perigueux. With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat. Isabelle was charming and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment...

"Gite agréable, maison fraiche (même sans clim mais clim appréciable en période de forte chaleur comme nous avons eu), proche tous commerces. "We have stayed with extended family and friends including a number of teens, baby and a large dog. Had brilliant time, house well equipped for all ages, pool is large and very well maintained. Extensive grounds with lots of places to relax including my favourite - the hammock! The views are to die for! All very clean and the owners were fantastic, helpful but not intrusive.
