Staff are super loud in the mornings from 7:30 - 9 or so. Impossible to sleep in if you decide. They're outside the door, pushing carts loudly up and down the halls, speaking very loudly to each other, pretty much yelling back and forth. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Room was clean, and the grounds were kept up well.

Pros: Loved that it was affordable, had its own space of seclusion, decent breakfast, nice indoor shop with Disney and other travel items available for purchase, and friendly staff. Cons: You can hear everything above you if you are not on the top floor. If the windows and curtains could be upgraded that would be nice, have some sort of privacy film on the window so people cannot see through the room, otherwise you might just have the curtains closed most of the time.

Check-in took a little bit of time. When we first got in, there was only one person at the front desk and a couple families ahead of us. A second person came in and was able to help check us in. A couple hours later, I went in to ask for towels; my kids and I were at the pool and there were no clean towels. There was only one person helping and it took about 15 minutes for her to ask what I needed. There was only one person she was helping when I got there and he had many questions, some that were not related to check-in or the hotel. She finally directed herself to me and asked what I needed. The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the first floor and could hear people upstairs running back and forth, but nothing too bad. Breakfast was underwhelming. We went in around 7:15, we only had sausage and boiled eggs. While I understand I am not giving a glowing review, I would stay again. The room was clean, the breakfast and parking were free and it was close to Disneyland.

It's close to Disneyland, which is good, but bad part is that if you're not visiting Disneyland on a certain or trying to sleep in you can't, kids are running down that hall at 6-7am and parents screaming. They are doing construction so by 8am there's noises already. We had issues with our room key, every other day it wouldn't work so we had to keep going to the front desk at mid night or 1am to get it fixed. Parking lot is so limited as well. It was hard to find parking, we had to park at the underground parking lot next door. Overall, it was ok to just arrive and sleep, but not to sleep in with all the noises.

Clean, basic hotel with great location for Disney parks. Would not recommend for families with teens due to lack of space for privacy (very small bathroom). Hand basin is outside of bathroom and no soap is provided. There is hand/body wash attached to the shower wall. Free breakfast is basic but tasty. Outdoor walkway between rooms can be very loud, especially for rooms by the stairs or elevators.

I reserved and paid for the room for two nights a month in advance. We arrived to check in around 10 pm and our room was not ready. We had to wait for an hour for our room to be cleaned. Room was decent but the service could be better.

There was only an issue with the hotel asking us for a $100 dollars deposit that is not advertised on Expedia. Deposit was supposed to be returned within 24 to 72 hours and it’s been 7 business days and haven’t received it yet…

The food was not good nothing was fresh all frozen foods, parking was a hassle, the refrigerator didn’t work the whole milk carton gone bad for my kids, the pillows sucked I think a lil over priced for the quality of location. Only good thing was walkable to Toy Story parking lot to Disney

The hotel is close to Disneyland and close to places to eat, the shower curtain's were little old and the water leaked from the shower out to the bathroom area, when the AC unit was turned on it expelled a weird bad odor, I’m not sure were it came from. Beds were noisy when turning around. The breakfast options were also not the best. Convenient if your just going to Disneyland back and forth but not for an extended stay.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly. It was no frills which was fine since all we did was sleep and shower. Check in was easy, there was plenty of parking. Only downside is thin walls and ceiling. We were on the first floor and we could hear the footsteps from upstairs. The free breakfast was great. Included hot food and cereal, toast, bagels, coffee and juice. Overall a good experience and would book here again for a budget friendly stay.

The hide-a-bed should not be counted as a bed. It is so unbelievably uncomfortable. We had to get a roll-a-way bed which they want to charge you $50 extra dollars for. Breakfast was the same exact thing everyday. Very little to no options. Not a good breakfast. Hot tub was broken the entire time we were there.

My family and I booked this hotel for our family Disneyland trip. 10/10 was about a 20 minute walk to the parks. As well as they let us do an early check in, which helped us a lot. Will definitely recommend as well as book again in the future.

Cortana is by far my favorite budget hotel. The proximity to Toy Story Parking Lot and the ART Bus as well as the park itself are nice. I've never had a dirty room in the 4 times I've stayed and any time I need to add a guest or add a night, staff accomodates. I highly recommend.
