Park Plaza Vondelpark, is wonderful property. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Clean and eco-friendly. Best location, 5mins distance to tram station and can visit all major attractions in Amsterdam. Walkable distance to shop and restaurants. Get an GVB PASS while in Amsterdam.The front staff and restaurants staff nice and helpful. Enjoyed the hassle free stay at Park Plaza.

Park Plaza Vondelpark was located in a quiet area close to a large park and only a short walk from tram and bus stops. It was clean and friendly. We would stay again.

Property was in great location, very close to the park. Restaurant was very nice with lovely staff. Rooms themselves were very, very small which would be my reason for not returning

The hotel is in a great area, close to the park, which is beautiful to walk or bike around! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and loved the tech.

Lovely little hotel, the staff is wonder and super friendly. Very small rooms but it’s good for a city break. It’s just next to the Vondelpark and so if you fancy a morning run this place is well located. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived earlier and our room was already ready! We were in a hurry though since the flight had been delayed and we had timed tickets to the museum. We dropped our luggage, got the keys, and rushed to our activity. The staff that greeted was very friendly and efficient. All other staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful, ready to assist. Upon check out we even got a stroopwafel! Checkout was easy too. Hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and easy to walk to the museum district. I'd definitely stay again. Loved the quiet atmosphere!

Fantastic experience at Park Plaza Vondelpark. Every staff member we met was friendly, kind and helpful. The environment was clean, smelled lovely and felt modern. Being greeted with a drink on arrival was much appreciated, and the food in the bar was delicious. We really enjoyed walking through Vondelpark daily and the fact the hotel was so easy to access via tram when our feet were tired. I would highly recommend, thank you.

We (family, of 2 kid) had a fantastic stay at Amsterdam's Park Plaza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the hotel's decor and friendly front desk staff. Our room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, and a scale. Loved the details such as Elemis toiletries and soft wool throw on the bed. The hotel's convenient bike rental option allowed us to explore Amsterdam like locals. Located in a beautiful area right in front of Vondelpark, the hotel was ideally situated for a 20-minute walk to the museums and easy access to all the city's attractions. Park Plaza Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

Dear Excellency Sir/Madam Manager. I had an exceptional experience at Park Plaza Vondelpark, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Manager, Maria. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set the tone for a memorable stay. Housekeeping Supervisor Kamilla ensured impeccable cleanliness, making the stay comfortable and welcoming. Specially The night shift staff, led by Radu, and the day shift staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable visit. Tozi Bar and Restaurant's atmosphere was vibrant, and the culinary offerings were top-notch, exceeding my expectations. Additionally, the breakfast staff showcased efficiency and warmth, making mornings delightful. Overall, the Park Plaza Vondelpark team's dedication to excellence made my stay truly outstanding.💐 thank you i feel relaxed, safe and happy. there is no noises no disturbances no rude behaviour. During my recent stay at Park Plaza VondelPark, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's staff, who went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional. In particular, I would like to extend my gratitude to (Maria-Lenca), Radu, Santa, housekeeping Supervisor Kamilia, and the morning breakfast staff, and specially the manager who helped me with my luggages the first day check in!!! whose exceptional service contributed significantly to the overall excellence of my stay. Maria with her warm and welcoming demeanor, made the check-in process a breeze. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist set the tone for the entire visit. Lenca and Radu consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that any queries or requests I had were promptly addressed. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. Maria’s and Santa's cheerful and helpful attitude added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with any concerns, Santa's genuine enthusiasm for ensuring guests have a positive experience was truly commendable.

I would have given a higher rating but the pillows were too hard and I didn’t sleep well. The area was walkable and very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The bar area was super nice and cozy but didn’t open until 3 each day.

Hotel was ok, very small, with small rooms. The restaurant did not seem to accommodate guests of the hotel with no reservation. We forgot an clothing item, called to hotel about it and they would check and call back. Never received the call back.

Wonderful!
Wonderful room with a comfy bed. Nice quiet location in the city to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. Convenient to tram and walking distance to main museums also. Staff very attentive and friendly. Did not have breakfast there but had drinks and burgers at the bar. Would definitely recommend and will return on any future visits to Amsterdam

A great hotel
Really great hotel and all of the staff were so lovely. We were made welcome on arrival. Although this hotel is not in the centre, it was a perfect location for us. Not busy like the centre but very nice area with mainly locals. Near to vondelpark & the tram line.
