Great for an older property. Wanted something different, got it. Historic. Could have been informed about a/c problem. Toilet backed up after three days. Staff very nice and accommodating. Would have liked to have a room with a better view, not of a/c units, as first time guest. Alot of vacant buildings, a little shady as you walk blocks from the hotel.

Beautifully restored hotel from the 1890s. Extremely clean and everything in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel right in downtown Americus. Staff is friendly and professional. It is a short ride to Plains where you can visit many interesting places related to President Jimmy Carter. (You can also have the best peanut butter ice cream in the world!)

This is my second visit at this hotel. During this visit it was extremely stressful trying to get sleep. It was extremely loud along with other folks on the same floor whom slammed doors numerous times during the night!!! Someone apparently came up to ask the rowdy folks if everything was ok. Carpeting is very old, the tub creaks during showering and stains noted in the toilet bowl. My husband and I were rather disappointed.

Very nice, clean restaurant on site, you can go to a wine tasting and coffee shop from the inside of the hotel. My only complaint is that the shower did not work, so we had to take baths and the microwave didn’t work.

This place is like a museum. There are articles and artifacts on display in the lobby. It is historic and restored the best it can be; it is gorgeous. That being said it is quite dated and has the nuances of a very old building so expect uneven, creaky floors and the such. Even so, my room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here, it’s pretty neat.

Micah was the difference between a nice stay and a fabulous time. She went above and beyond to make my wife's visit memorable and fun. Frank was very friendly and helpful as well. We'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and a break from the big city hustle and bustle.

I showed up in the room that I was given, the sheets have not been changed, and I was given another room very promptly. Did not like changing rooms, but I was accommodated. The rest of this day was very pleasant.

I liked the mattress. The bed slept really good. Overall, the experience was average. The Windsor is a historic hotel in Americus, it’s more than 100 years old. And thought it has been updated, it still reads old and unclean in areas. The carpet in my room needs to be cleaned or changed. The shower and floor tile didn't appear clean. I was there overnight and knew what I would get. Americus does not have many hotel options so it is what it is. The staff were friendly.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hallway outside room was noisy at 8:30pm. You should not permit ghost tours of the hotel in hallways where rooms are occupied.
