"We had a room on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. If you want to specifiy first floor accommodations, do not use a third-partry booking service. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn't like are the "saloon doors" to walk into the closet/bathroom area. It is cute to carry out the theme, but they squeak when either my husband or I had to use the facilities during the night. And we're older so we visit it more frequently in the night these days! It was a task carrying our luggage up the stairs too. We don't want to leave anything of value in our vehicles these days. We enjoyed being here and we had two meals next door at the restaurant. You should check it out if you are in Amarillo."
