The first room was no cleaned. The kitchen sink had food all over the bathroom was not cleaned. I have pictures. The second room they gave us has a fire alarm with a battery that was going out and it beep the entire night. I’m very very disappointed and had no sleep. I should get a dull refund.

There were no batteries in the remote, there was no soap or toiletries. The beds were good and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. Overall was okay but housekeeping needs to be sure it’s ready for guest.

Horrible stay.
We left the hotel and didn’t stay it was so dirty. There was hair everywhere on the bed and the sink had used toilet paper and also the iron board was full of stains. The pool was nasty outside and it smelled of smoke as well.

We did not get the room we booked. All the rooms were dirty. The room we were finally booked into, after an hour of trying to find a “clean” one, was also still dirty. (See pictures)

My issue with the property was having to wait outside in the cold for around 20 minutes to check in because they lock the lobby doors at night, and the employee checking me in was having a difficult time with the hotel’s operating system. Additionally, the room smelled like smoke. That said, I guess you get what you pay for.

Manger was rude owners were even worse. We got breakfast but wasn't allowed to eat in our room my Girlfriend has a service dog because of her seizures and all the workers manger and the owners yelled multiple times at the dog n my girls because it was on thr sidewalk butbthe hotel supposed to be pet friendly amd I had to get to the front decks to check in and they say the ok not do cash noo online bookings accepted wasn't impressed at all with this stay

This hotel is quiet, despite being close to 2 freeways. The location made it easy to drive around the city, and it is an easy drive to Palo Duro National Park. It is always nice to have front desk staff 24 hrs daily. The front desk staff were very professional.

The rooms are quite nice. However, the incompetency of the junkies they have running the place.. This which includes the small "East Indian" ... Who refused to allow the police and I to view the transaction in question. The error of the drunk/high...recovering heavy set white woman with the tattoos.... Failed to pay attention to her task... Long story short... They made her dumb mistake ruin my trip. Otherwise, my poor dog whom I declared at check in but a hollow thin white woman with brown hair... Lied and said I had not declared my lil doggie.... He.. My Lil figure.. Is now INFESTED with fleas... His very records show he is parasite free... So come for me if you like.... One couple fought ALL night long cops, for truck, ambulance all showed up over some drug addicts and poor management thinking people want free rooms at the half way house this hotel had turned into. If you have any class or decent upbringing this is not the extended stay inn for you.

Not Going To Go There Again
Room was clean enough but still felt yucky...didn't really feel like making ourselves at home...didn't want to use the shower or towels....just used it to sleep...would NEVER stay there again. Also toilet was super low to the floor and toilet paper was placed at a about two foot reach.
