“Allen Tx”

Everything was better than expected. Great room with a Comfortable bed. Clean Pool and Hot tub area. The Place looked brand new. They even kept the breakfast open late for us slow pokes.

Our party arrived early and the staff called housekeeping to find us rooms that were available. The hotel was clean, and located within walking distance of a handfull of restaraunts. I heard some other folks complain about this place, but I wouldn't know why. They do not have a huge breakfast, but they do have the basics. Juice, milk, cereal, pastries, coffee, etc. Clean, modern, comfortable, polite staff. No complaints from this group.

“Great alternate hotel”

I had never heard of this brand of hotel, but everything about it was satisfactory or better and I'd happily stay there again. Very convenient to the Allen Event Center, which is why we were staying in that area.

My first time and I am very pleased with the hotel and staff. Everyone was very courteous. Bed was great, I slept good. My room had everything I needed and I am just completely happy with this hotel. Will come again on my next business trip.

It is right on interstate 75 , so the traffic came be bad otherwise alot of restaurants and malls. we had a great time in Allen

“"Allen Outlet's Best Hotel Deal"”

Arrived at Pyramids Hotel early, Manager on duty gave us a free preferred customer coupon book for the Allen Outlets. I thought this was very nice of him since they were for customers that booked through the hotel directly, not through Expedia or other travel booking agents. The rooms were great, the beds were very comfortable. They provided a wonderful continental breakfast the next morning. The kids and adults could even dine in pajamas, in the small but very nice dining room, equipped with flat screen TV. I would highly recommend the Pyramids Hotel. The indoor pool was a big hit with the kids.

The staff is very courteous and the room is always very clean and nice. The location is very accommodating for our need.

I love the indoor pool, I like that it was a cheaper hotel with a indoor pool. I would go back again. I wish it was a little cheaper, but its nice.

“Really Nice and Great Location”

We never heard of the Pyramid Hotel and since we booked it on-line, we were a little skeptical. When we checked in, it was really nice- the pool and hot tub area was great and the kids loved it. The breakfast was ok, but that wasn't a problem for us. It has the basic complimentary foods. The housekeeping staff promptly cleaned our room daily, the parking lot was well lit at night, we just had a great time at the hotel considering we knew nothing about it. The only thing I didn't care for was there was a small little odor in the halls, but it's hard to tell where that came from.
