Excellent Hotel
Amazing! 5 minute walk into the Old Town. Lovely, spacious, hotel and completely modern. Great price and the service from everybody was excellent throughout. Only booked B&B, but the breakfast selection was vast, tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend!

Very good hotel good food and good service Room was excellent and spacious but I did request room with bath tub which didn’t happen maybe hotel doesn’t have these I also requested several times to have a look around the spa but for some reason this didn’t happen I gave up asking in the end

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from balcony was breathtaking. Hotel was very clean with daily room service. Food was good.

Anniversary trip
Enjoyed our stay as we always do. The only thing we weren’t happy about was being on a low floor. We have always had a high floor with a wonderful view. It was our anniversary and the hotel had put a bottle of cava in our room which was lovely.x

Stay before - won’t again!
We live in Spain and have family in Benidorm so visit when allowed occasionally. Stayed before but won’t again. Arrived at check in to be informed there was no parking and it couldn’t be prebooked. My wife has a disability and cannot walk far. Bathroom had a caustic type smell. Nowhere to get a coffee in the morning unless you go to restaurant for breakfast. And all for 165€ a night!!!

Clean, well equipped rooms, great breakfast
very well presented on arrival, rooms immaculate, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in many hotels! Problem with WiFi and slow lifts at peak breakfast time but that would not stop me staying here again.

Stayed here for the past 5 years and the renovation to the hotel is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The service provided by all staff and the food was excellent.

A fab stay....good location/excellent facilities.
Our first stay at this hotel and would definitely book again! Impressive entrance, bar, room (beds were enormous and super comfy!). Breakfast ticked all the right boxes. The best part though was the smiling and professional staff team.... We didn’t know how to access the underground car park and two kitchen staff helped us. Both receptionists were lovely and very professional.

a lift dedicated to floor's 10 to 19 would help. More staff in the restaurant to clear and reset table's quicker, those who are there work hard and are cheerful but there are a lot of tables, and more tales for two people only would help

The property was in an excellent position. Not to far from the beach which by the way is beautiful and not to far from shops and bars andpubs just perfect.

Lovely welcome staff, good sized room with comfy bed, excellent pressure in the shower even on the 16th floor which surprised us! The bathroom was a little outdated but otherwise all was good, I would defo go back to this hotel

Fantastic stay
Hotel is amazing - spotlessly clean and helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. It was a special birthday and the bottle of cava left but n my room when they found out was touching. Located just a few minutes from beach and old town - just perfect. I was here with a group of 8 and each and everyone one of them intends to return.

Hotel fine only complaint is the evening meal although there was plenty of choice it was quite taste less would use the hotel again if in Benidorm but would eat out of an evening

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy to walk anywhere. Beautiful rooms, breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Staff were always friendly. Would certainly book to come here again

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very clean, superb food. Not the easiest place to get to in a car. Roadside parking limited and expensive. Hotel parking good but not cheap - 12 Euros per day. Highly recommend.
