Excellent clean room with safe and the usual amenities you would expect in a hotel. Spacious and with balcony. Unusual late check-in arrangement (via whatsapp) but it worked very well, do not be put off. Very convenient location and friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic location and host.
Lovely room. Very clean.rhe bed was very comfortable. Room was well equipped with small fridge, 2 bottles of water. Bathroom provided toiletries and a small hair dryer. Fantastic host who arrived quickly after I was struggling to access our room. The door handles are very modern key code ones. Location very good. 1 block back from the marina and just minutes walk from the beach and old town. Only issue very thin sheer white curtain at the patio door so the day light woke us early.

Fantastic location. Marina, castle, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even the airport bus stop are all a couple of minutes walk away. Our room (608) was very clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed including a fridge, safe, TV and effective/controllable heating. Modern decor and comfortable beds. There are complimentary tea and coffee (Nespresso) facilities in the corridor which is an added bonus. Daily room cleaning on request. We only requested this a couple of times but it was excellent. Attention to detail is amazing. I will give you an example. Early in our stay, we left an empty wine bottle by the bin. When we returned, we had been left 2 wine glasses. Talk about anticipating guest needs - they really do care and go the extra mile to please. So why only 4 stars for such a fantastic place? Well, on the first night and morning of our stay there was no hot water. We reported this and it was resolved very quickly with an apology. However, we had the same problem on our last night and morning. This is obviously an issue that the owners need to address. Also - despite arriving during the check in bands, there was no one there to let us in. It was not a problem for us as we received WhatsApp messages giving us the door codes. This communication was very good and reliable but if you arrive without a functioning smart phone you may have an issue. Despite the couple of negatives above- would we stay again? - without hesitation.

Great location
Great location, friendly staff at check in. Great with the complementary coffee/tea in the hallway! Downside, not at all soundproofed so if you have neighbours trying to get in their room at 4 am, not remembering their code, they'll wake up the whole floor.. Also unfortunately even if seemed clean at first glance, when I got in the shower the next morning, it jad loads of hair from previous guest(s).

Hostel/Hotel in excellent position
Essentially a very nice room in an excellent position in the centre of Alicante. 1 street back from the front, port and sea. Everything is done with access codes. I only saw someone from the hotel once. Access codes were sent to me (in Spanish but easy to understand). My only criticism is the room had a small space outside but this had no view just an area open to the sky. On the plus side modern room air conditioning, large TV ( no English channels but Netflix ). Directly outside the room was a coffee pod machine (with lots of pods) and a kettle. Easy to get the bus from the airport to the port and then just walk to the hotel (3 minutes). In all a good place to stay for a short break.

What a great location, just one street away from the esplanade but super quiet! Easy to get the bus from the airport too and plenty of restaurants and things to do. 5minute walk to the beach. Our only thing was we didn't understand how to use the aircon! was either too hot or too cold but that's because we don't have aircon in the UK

Great small apartment. About 15 min nice walk away from the center and very close to train station. Very quiet at night and very safe complex. Stayed 2 nights. The property manager was fantastic and easy to chat with and the check-in was simple. A

Veldig lite rom. Var oppgitt til 17 kvm, men var ikke mer enn 12 kvm. Dette stod rett og slett ikke til forventningene og bildene som ble vist på nettsidene samsvarte ikke med virkeligheten.

Habitación muy limpio y cómodo pero la bañera estaba un poco sucia entonces tuve que lavarlo a mano rápido antes de ducharme. Me llamaron de recepción para informarme que me iban a pasar las claves por el WhatsApp. Muy amable la señora y contestaron al WhatsApp muy rápido con cualquier duda que tuve. No dudaré en reservar otra vez cuando venimos a Alicante. Gracias!

Accès par codes au Primary Ventura
Faut juste s'habituer à un hotel sans réception. Tous les accès se font via des codes (immeuble, étage et chambre). Parfaite autonomie.

Excelente experiencia
Este hospedaje es una joya. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo detrás de la avenida de la playa, la señora de recepción de lo más amable y servicial. La habitación pequeña, pero muy limpia y cómoda. El cafe de cortesía ayuda mucho para empezar el día con energía.
